       How to Become a Member of Freeport!

       So how do you earn Freeport tags?
       For Free Men or Women:
       1. You need to RP your way into the port, via ship, and then
       establish yourself as staying within Freeport for more than a
       day or two. Take a room at the inn, or visit the Hall of Records
       to purchase a homestead. (If you would like to have a
       Storyteller for this process, please reach out to me either in
       the room or in Discord)
       2. We need at least 3 RP scripts posted here on this forum for
       Petitioning Members of RP either by yourself, with a
       Storyteller, or another member of the home.
       3. Once your three RP scripts are posted, you will be offered
       the chance to take tags of Freeport and claim the village as
       your homestone. At this time you will be given a personal board,
       and you can request a PD for yourself for a home/business as
       needed. These requests can be submitted to Kardelen.
       For Unowned Slaves:
       Please Note: WE DO NOT FORCE COLLAR HERE. You will have to just
       as a Free person make your RP way into the port, via ship, part
       of a merchant's inventory being brought to Freeport for trade,
       stowed away on a ship, but you cannot just magically appear in
       Freeport.
       1. So just as a Free Person you need to RP your way into the
       village. You can establish yourself as trying to hide out in the
       village, or you can ask for a Storyteller interaction, or you
       can even flee a ship and try and hide out in the forests.
       2. We will still need at least THREE RP scripts posted here on
       this forum for Petitioning Members.
       3. At this point, to be offered Freeport tags, you need to be
       either in the village collar or a personal collar of a member.
       At that time you will be given a personal board for RP scripts.
       PLEASE NOTE: During this RP period, if a member of Freeport
       decides to offer you their personal collar, and you want to take
       it, you can follow the instructions below for Personally Owned
       slaves.
       For Personally Owned Slaves:
       1. You will get Freeport tags at the same time as your Owner.
       2. You will not be required to post any RP scripts.
       3. BUT! When given a forum, you need to make a post listing your
       owners rules for you if they differ from the slaves of Freeport.
       If you DO NOT post this post, you will not be afforded
       protection of Freeport. We need to know what your rules are, so
       we know when you break them.
