       The Sale of Village Slaves - Updated 12/3/2025

       This is a previous rule that I greatly agree with. NO slave
       wearing the Village of Freeport collar will be sold or given to
       Anyone without that slave's consent. Ideally we would like to
       sell Village of Freeport slaves to members/citizens of Freeport
       to keep us all together. But if a slave will truly be happy
       leaving us and going to another home, know you will be missed
       and you will always be welcome back if it does not work out.
       The following is how a sale of a Slave of Freeport is to occur:
       First, a group conversation either in the room or on discord
       will be had with Kardelen, the Free wishing to purchase the
       slave, and the slave. This conversation is had Out of Character,
       either in the room or on discord.
       Second, if the conversation goes well and all parties are in
       agreement (the slave has a right as a typist to say no to the
       sale), then the In Character sale of the slave will be done
       through use of the NPCs of the Merchant Council and the Free
       Person involved.
