Complaint against Sebbe Walker

PART I - General complaint information
Ingame name: David Brood
Complaint against (defendent): Sebbe Walker
Charges: non-rp, abusive behaviour, conflict of interest,
abusing moderator commands
PART II - Explanation of charges
=== Non-RP ===
The defendent did not pull me over correctly, also note that the
defendent is a member of the FBI. It is not the task of the FBI
to do traffic checks.
=== Abusive behaviour ===
The defendent used his weapons on me when there was no reason
for it.
=== Conflict of interest ===
The defendant used his moderator commands to kick me unannounced
during the roleplay situation while the defendant was involved.
=== Abusing moderator commands ===
As described above, the defendant kicked me without legitimate
reason. Also, the defendant started threatening me via the SMS
and call function with a OOC jail sentence. Eventually, the
defendent did OOC jail me for no reason.
PART III - Events in chronological order
I was driving around in Los Santos, when suddenly the defendent
showed up. He used his megaphone and asked me to pull over. I
pulled over and the defendent immediately started shooting my
wind shield and my tires. After this he wanted me to step out. I
asked why and stepped out. Then, the defendant tazed me and
frisked me without my permission. I told the defendant in /b
that I did not agree with this. I also reported the defendant
and an admin was speccing. Suddenly the defendant kicks me
without giving me a reason. After I came online again, the
defendant called me with the IC /call function and said that I
had to come back or he would /mjail me. I did come back to him
and we had a OOC discussion. I asked why he pulled me over and
started shooting me anyway. The reason he gave me was that I was
following someone(?).
A) He had no evidence
B) Even if it was true, since when is that a crime?
C) Still not a reason to brutally start shooting and tazing me
while I was not holding a weapon and was not escaping
After this, I decided to drive away. The whole RP situation was
invalid in my opinion and there was no admin online anymore to
judge
Suddenly the defendant jails me for avoiding RP.
PART IV - Conclusion
I demand an apology from the defendant. The defendant's
moderator incapability and lack of roleplay skills are highly
undesirable in a roleplay server. This person should read a
roleplay guide, I don't understand who let him in the police
department. Also, someone should teach the defendant how and
when to use the moderator commands. Unfortunately, I was not
able to take screenshots. If the admin has any doubts about this
story, the chatlog can be checked ofcourse.

You looked wrong then, Lance Thompson just drived around and
then you followed him. He called for backup and i came, i
frisked you with RP and saw that you had Illegal items on you.
And then when i tazed you, you were bugging so i kicked you for
''bug'' and then you didnt login until like 2 hours. When u
logged in i sms you and said that i wanna continue the RP
situation, but you refused to continue so i jailed you with the
reason ''Refused to continue a RP Situation''. Before i kicked
you for bug i was being to arrest you..

Im a witness, so im allowed to post here I guess.
All I read in the defendants reply are lies lies lies!
David is telling the truth here, im a witness and I swear on my
car IRL David is peaking the fucking truth..

Warren you maybe friend with david irl but you dont need to
protect him. Lance Thompson is also Moderator so we can wait for
Lance to reply here. BTW Warren you dont know because you were
there the 2nd time.

and everything is well written, well done, but you are missing
one thing. Everything you said could of been false, I need some
evidence! I can't judge until I see ScreenShots of the
situation. For now, this complaint is still PENDING! I will
wait for some ScreenShots, if not, there isn't much of a
complaint here but true/false information. Remember to post the
ScreenShots! We will wait until we have "Lance Thompon's"
opinion in this matter. As I read, you guys metioned his name as
a witness to this situation. Proof, either from ScreenShots or a
witness that was at the situation and is supported by others.

Dear Jesse,
Thank you for reviewing my complaint. I understand that it is
hard to judge without supporting evidence. As stated before, I
was not able to take any screenshots during the situation. It
should be possible to confirm the situation by checking the log
files though.
I also want to make clear that I posted this complaint so you
can see this person does not know how to roleplay properly.
Also, the defendent used his powers on me while he was involved
in the roleplay situation. That is highly undesirable in my
opinion. A moderator should always consult a higher ranked admin
before kicking/prisoning/etc. In this situation, there was an
admin speccing and still the defendant kicked me WITHOUT giving
me a reason, just "server closed the connection".
Later there was no admin to judge, but still the defendant
should not have jailed me because he was not able to judge
fairly as he was one of the involved parties in the rp. And that
is the problem with this person, he has a high rank within the
police department/FBI and he is moderator. I think the defendant
was bored, decided to randomly frisk and arrest someone without
a proper roleplay reason and if his victim would protest OOC, he
could just silence him by using a moderator command (/mjail in
this case). Is that what players/moderators are supposed to do?
I'm a new player to this server, and I like it. But if there are
more players with high ranks (IC and OOC) that act like this, it
is very likely that this will be at expense of the player base.

1) What's wrong with following someone?
2) What was the reason for instantly shooting my tires and
windshield after pulling me over?
3) What was the reason for frisking me? And it is nonsense that
you "frisked me with RP". Yes, you asked me in /do, but I
refused. You ignored everything I said OOC and proceeded with
frisking, tazing and arresting me.
4) You suddenly kicked me, you certainly did not give me a
reason
5) There was no fair roleplay going on before you kicked me, so
why continue it?
