Vanilla without powder?

What are some fragrances with vanilla that don't come off as
powdery?
I love vanilla, but unfortunately for me, I often find them
paired with powder (why is that anyway?). It's the reason why
I'm not a big fan of Tobacco Vanille. I think I may find more
success with the smoother, perhaps boozier variety found in the
likes of Jazz Club or Stronger With You.
I've read good things about Tihota and Spiritueuse Double
Vanille, but do you find them powdery?
Looking forward to your suggestions!

Dior Fahrenheit Parfum
Franck Boclet Vanille
Neemah Laya
Eau des Missions
In that order and one will hit the spot.

I don't find Spiritueuse Double Vanille to be powdery. I would
suggest a very underrated vanilla fragrance that is not powdery
- Vanille Tonka.

Spirituese Double Vanille is not powdery but to me it smells too
much like simple vanilla flavouring used in desserts. I sold my
bottle after 2 years, in which time I only wore it 4 times.
The key to a good vanilla fragrance for men is to use a
fragrance that elevates the vanilla to the quality and
complexity of a personal scent. Take for example Tom Ford’s Noir
Extreme and Armani’s Cuir Noir. Noir Extreme is far more complex
than a standard vanilla scent and has an intoxicating sillage.
The cardamom note lightens the vanilla and gives it that crowd
pleasing aspect, while the exotic kulfi note gives a whipped
cream sort of feel to the sillage. Cuir Noir is a gorgeous
creamy Vanilla enhanced by leather, woods and resins and smells
gorgeous on skin. Give these a full wearing next time you go
past the Armani or Tom Ford counter and see what you think.
(Neither are powdery)

I don’t find Tihota to be powdery at all. Neither is Eau de
Mission, mentioned above. Maybe also try Vanille Incense by
Atelier or Eau Duelle by Diptyque.

I don't recall any powder with Perry Ellis Oud: Black Vanilla
Absolute.
Un Bois Vanille is a pretty solid sweet-ish vanilla, but dries
down like how those vanilla tealights smell.
