How paranoid are you?

I got into an elevator and someone said, "it smells like paint
thinner!" For just a fraction of a second, panic began to set
in. And then I realized that they had just cleaned the elevator
with some strong industrial cleaner and that was likely the
culprit.
Do you ever assume that comments about smells are automatically
referring to the scent you're wearing? Any funny/weird stories?

Oh gosh all the time. Whenever someone sneezes near me I'm on
high alert. Haha.

lol good topic!! I am not bothered too much about comments, but
I do have a funny/naughty story with Lolita Lempicka L de Lolita
Lempicka - I was wearing it at work with a colleague that I
really disliked (she left not long after) - she was sneezing all
the time when near me, so pretty sure it was the perfume -
tears, nose running and all!! I have to admit I felt good about
it - she was avoiding me till the rest of the shift!! Talking
about secret weapons
