       Hi guys
Anyone make any home made shakes or even nutritious snacks and
       care to share?
This morning I had a homemade shake that consisted of
       1 banana
       300ml unsweetened almond milk
       50g baby leaf spinach
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder.
       Simple, yummy and filling.

I do the same. Yesterday I used almond milk, frozen raspberry,
       banana, p-powder, ACV, cinnamon.
       I like my shakes cold.

       200ml of oat almond milk
1 tablespoon of powder probiotic/prebiotic mix
1 tablespoon of instant oat flakes
       1 teaspoon of curcuma
1 teaspoon of moringa leaf powder
Some honey or sweet fruits/berries for the taste
This is a shake for filling, high on nutrions and fibres but not
to gain muscles. You can add protein if you want. The moringa
contains about 23% protein, the oat flakes about 13%, so for a
normal diet you already get quite some protein with this shake.
Curcuma I'm adding because of the curcumin, to help my
intestinal mucosa. You can reduce it or leave it out, if you
want. Taste wise I hardly get it even in this amount, the
sweetness of the honey or fruits masks it quite well. It won't
       taste like curry

My morning smoothie is simple. A cup of frozen strawberries,
maybe 1-2 tablespoons of OJ, 2-3 slices of frozen banana, and a
serving of fat free plain Greek yogurt. I have this oddity where
I don't like the taste of protein powder that's been in the
       blender.
Side question: what type of blender do you use? I had a ninja
pulse, but it finally croaked. The replacement was going to cost
a lot more, and I don't have the need for a full size blender
anyways, so all that stuff was considered extra and space eating
to me. I replaced it with a magic bullet. While the ninja blade
seemed sturdier and was faster at blending, I like that I don't
have to hold the bullet in place. I can just twist it on and do
other things while my smoothie blends. It was also about $30
compared to the $100+ that the ninja costs.
