which one works best on you?
i adore sweet marjoram and its meant to be a great one, though
when i lighted it, its doesn't work as well as the others,
whereas the ones I found amazing are,
       1. rosewood
       2. petitgrain with citrus
       3. ylang n rose
       4. geranium
       5. cedarwood
i used to love lavender, but now it's quite boring to me unless
I add some lime to it.
Roman chamomile is another funny one, it meant to work well,
but my quality of sleep wasn't as great when i used it.
       how about you?

I've always relied on lavender for sleeplessness but just
recently I'm not staying asleep, I have some geranium like you
suggest so I'll give it a go tonight

I find Violet very relaxing and soothing, and if I am not well
I wear some violet perfume, which always makes me feel better.

I find vetiver and orange to be a very relaxing combination. I
often rub it on my neck at bedtime.

Citrus notes help me a lot, especially when my insomnia is
paired with a migraine, for example : Guerlain Eau de Cologne
       Imperiale
If not, lavender does wonders if applied with a light hand, for
       example
       Chloe Eau de Fleurs Lavande
       Serge Lutens Gris Clair
       Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Lavande Velours
