       Natural solutions to vertigo

       Anybody here have any experience and or natural help, a
       permanent cure maybe, with vertigo? I've had 2 episodes in 2
       years and use the half somesault maneuver but worried I may have
       this for the rest of my life. Any help is greatly appreciated.

       Sometimes if a rub peppermint essential oil behind my ear and
       down my jawline, it helps lessen the dizziness. Because my
       vertigo is tied to allergies and sinus congestion, I usually
       have to resort to taking decongestants in addition to drinking
       lots of water and resting.

       My mother suffers from vertigo.  It comes and goes.  When she
       has a case of the whirlys, she is bedridden and has great
       difficulty making her way to the bathroom.  She does this thing
       called the epley maneuver.  I don't know much about it, other
       than that she positions herself in these, well positions.

       This. There are videos on youtube that will walk you through it.
       It definitely works.
