Your Least Favorite Muscles To Workout

I've always hated working out my abs, but for some reason lately
I've been enjoying my ab routine to the point where I actually
look forward to it. So now that abs aren't my least favorite
muscle group to work out anymore, that title now belongs to my
back. I work my back and biceps on the same day and although I
feel like I get a good bicep workout, I can't say the same for
my back. Whether it's doing pull ups, lat pull downs, rows,
reverse flys, etc, I'm just not a fan of those workouts. I don't
neglect my back muscles, but I definitely don't enjoy working
them out like I do chest+tricep day or even abs now. Which
muscles do you dislike working out?

I have to work on my abs/core or else I have extreme back pain,
so I don't mind that at all. Plus most of those exercises are
done sitting or lying down. Arm exercises are fine. What I
really hate is working on my legs, especially doing squats or
like warrior poses in yoga. I'm really lazy when it comes to
even the most basic exercises :D

       attend to a pool,
get yourself a pair of swimmer palette.
your strikes should be coming from hips and upper legs more then
       bottom part of your legs....
careful though, do not make fast moves which might be risky for
back pain of yours... slow, gentle but powerful moves strokes of
palette is going to pay great for your legs in 4-6 months
       period.
a few months later, you may upgrade into mono-palette, which s
an awesome tool for complete belt muscle group exercise.

Shoulder exercises involving the anterior deltoids are tricky
for me- I wonder if I have a little rotator cuff tear in my left
       shoulder...

with back, I find it’s easy to cheat yourself from having a
great workout by lifting too heavy. Form is super important with
any exercises. What made me ‘feel ‘ my back workouts better was
when I reduced weight and focused on full range and squeezing
the muscles at the end of the rep. Try it out and see if you
       notice a difference.
