raveling with perfume

It's been a while since I've traveled with perfume. I normally
only take along a few sample sizes when I fly. But this time I
would like to take a bottle to my mother. Has anyone had any
problems flying with a whole bottle of perfume. I don't want to
end up "gifting" something precious please ;D

If it's larger than 1oz, you won't be able to take it on the
plane in your carry-on unless you bought it in the airport with
a receipt showing that you did so. Be sure to check it with your
check-in luggage and wrap it very carefully, preferably in some
kind of waterproof bag/container in case it leaks! Good luck!

You can take bottles in your carry-on up to 3.4 oz (100ml)
provided they are in a quart-size ziplock (or similar) bag.
Checked luggage has less restrictive rules.

Important to note that for carry-on ALL the liquid items have to
be in ONE quart size bag (ziploc); shampoo, soap, etc. included.
One bag of "toiletries;" the 100 ml. limit is per item within
the bag.
Bright blessings!
