FUN : Cartoon villains and their perfumes

I have to make a confession in order to proceed with this Just
For Fun™ topic:
I love Disney's classic 2D full length animation films.
I also think that with 3D graphics they just died, but that's
another story.
Anyway, those classic 2D animation films featured the
great(est?) male villains of all times of animation. We already
had threads about characters of feature films and series, be
that classics like Star Trek The Original Series or some modern
favs like The Walking Dead here, so why not those bad guys?
Really, what would those bad but charismatic boys wear?
