Did girls liked a fragrance that "they didn't supposed

I get that everyone has a different taste.
But some fragrances, are known to be very likeable by girls,
others, not so much.
I let a lot of girls test a bunch of my fragrances and some at
the store. Surprisingly lots of them liked Narciso Rodriguez for
Him a LOT.
Did this happend to you with another fragrance? Something that
you did not expected to be so successful, from what is talked
here?
Maybe the opposite? A fragrance that girls "should" love, they
hated it?

Caron Yatagan for men I always get compliments when I wear this
one, from the 90s on up to now

Honestly I dislike most of the ones women are "supposed" to love
but I adore Prada Prada Amber Pour Homme (Prada Man) as well as
many unisex offerings such as Tauer Perfumes 02 L`Air du Desert
Marocain and Bvlgari Black. All women are different.

I bumped into a girl I dated (15 something years ago) whilst out
shopping a couple of weeks ago. As the rain started to fall we
sought refuge in a local ale house for a catch up chat. After an
hour or so we parted ways with a friendly hug. The last thing
she said was "you always smell so good".
