which fragrance is better as a gift?

Hey all ! I am a new fragras member here :)
Dolce&Gabbana D&G Light Blue ----- VS ---- Versace Versense
it will be a present for my mum. I know that she has liked Light
Blue in the past so it would be fairly safe to get the D&G...
but part of me wants to get her something totally new. It's
50/50, so which one do you prefer? :)

I have Light Blue.
There is something—maybe the olive tree note—that didn’t work
well for me in the Versense.

Versace Versense+1 would make a nice change from her usual
perfume.

I'll go with the one she already likes for sure -- Dolce&Gabbana
D&G Light Blue .
