       I think what happens is:
       A mesmer uses mimic to obtain the mossman axe throw skill.
       Later on the mesmer releases it on a mid-boss (generally the
       ones that don't cause agony have no AR)
       As shown in the video, the ice elemental is one-shotted :D

       Yeah that axe is very OP, I usually see it used on the Ettin the
       most.
