Restructuring The Guild

Glad to have you on-board.
In any case, as I've mentioned before, we are going to
restructure the guild with the main goal as
'Getting everyone to rep 100% of the guild FOTM' and I need all
of your help in this.
As previously mentioned, I have created a new rank in the guild
called 'Fractal Helper' and removed 'Fractal Matrix'.
If you notice, 'Fractal Ninja is now PR50-79'.
So, the purpose of this new position is for those members who;
A - does not wish to represent the guild 100%
B - still wish to be part of the guild
C - like to help us with the guild mission
The main reason for this plan is to achieve our goal.
Reasoning is as follows - we can't just ask everyone to rep 100%
immediately or kick them out. That would prove disadvantageous
for our guild as we would
lose members as well as our reputation. But, we can't also be
unfair to those members who wish to rep 100%, so this is what
we're going to do. For those who
wish to rep the guild 100% (aside from you officers), we'll rank
them accordingly still by the PR rank, and for those who doesn't
wish to do so will fall under the
category of 'Fractal Helper'. This will also help in the future
where guild members can just chat in guild 'LF4M FOTM49' instead
of having to PM all the respective
rank one by one.
So, the steps that needs to be taken;
1st - We need to ask the current members if they wish to remain
as FOTM members or FOTM helpers (That would require us to
PM/Mail everyone)
2nd - We need to advertise the guild more and get more helpers
do help us with the current guild mission
3rd - We need to organize guild missions. At the moment we have
bounty and treks! But hopefully with enough members we can
eventually unlock puzzle, rush and challenge.
4th - Later on, we can even build guild events and do our own
TEQ or triple headed wurms!
5th - For future plan (Not confirmed but we might as well
prepare for it), we can even buy our own guild home? Rumors has
it, it will cost about 2M Influence
In any case, I think this is the best game-plan we have at the
moment.
Again, feel free to discuss whatever concerns you have regarding
this.
With regards to 2nd point, I can do the advertisement and
recruit more members but I need your help with regards to the
1st point.
I suggest we should split the task?

Varientex - PM/Mail all the Fractal Knights and Captain
Exo Amira Ex - PM/Mail all the Fractal Squire and Soldier

Dear all members, first we would like to thank all the members
for all the support given. Thanks to you, we have finally
achieved the maximum rank possible for our guild. Our next plan
would be to make the guild more active by having more members
rep the guild 100%. Thus, we urgently require your response if
you still wish to be the main member of the guild. Note that if
you cannot rep the guild 100% or unable to reply within a week,
your rank will be changed to Fractal Helper.
(Let me know if you have a better way to put this)
Note;
Please remember/write down who you PM/Mail. If we do not receive
any reply within 1 week, just demote them to Fractal Helper.

Again, I ask you guys to help me to make this guild one of the
most AWESOME guild that exist within the realm of Guild Wars 2!
After that, we may be able to think about WvW by having all
active members transfer to one server.
We can raise funds as well and help pay for all the members, but
that's another plan for the future :).
Let us start with FOTM first. Do not forget that we have DOTM as
well as GOTM later on :).

Member clean-up;
We also need to clean-up the members.
If you notice, we have about 300+ members but only 20-30 online.
That needs to change.
We seek quality, not quantity.
Next game plan;
1st - Recruit up to 500 members
2nd - To those who wish to join but does not have enough room,
we're going to have to kick out some of the inactive ones.
(Start from those who has not login for 'unknown' period of time
and then after that, 8 months inactive, 7 months, etc.)
(DO NOT start letting go of members if we have not yet reached
500 members)

Guild Mission;
Now that we have TREK and BOUNTY, we would need to set up a time
for everyone to meet.
Does anyone have any idea? My suggestion = Saturday morning my
time (GMT+7) around 7am.
Assuming that most lives in US, we should be about 13 hours
different so that's about 7pm Friday night for you guys.
In any case, I'm open to suggestion. We have our very own RC and
stuff so, I think we can do it.
I'm quite inexperienced though in terms of TREK.
Bounty, we just need to find those targets.
In any case, just remember that our main aim for the guild is to
get as much INFLUENCE and BADGE so that we can
start unlocking puzzle, challenge as well as rush! If you can
see from the guild upgrades, we have a lot of guild training
builds as well as guild bounty training. We can do those to earn
those badges and influence. Hope I can have your support
in this.

Miranda - Friday 7pm to 9pm
Stalvros - Saturday 8am to 10am
Exo Evelyn Ex - Saturday 3am to 5am
