FpL Conduct Book
FpL Expectations for Users
These are the rules that we have decided to set to allow
people to have as much fun as possible without being bullied or
abused. If these rule are not to be followed then serious
consequences will have to be given to the rule
breakers.
Section 1- Part A: FpL Book of rules:
The purpose of FpL is to provide the perfect gaming experience
to devoted FIFA players who are wanting a competitive FIFA
experience whilst meeting fellow players in the community and
gaining more friendship bonds whilst participating in a virtual
league. This is a place to broadcast talent and get noticed in
the world of competitive FIFA gaming.
Section 1- Part B: Conduct
Here at FpL we value all our members feelings as important and
Believe that it is up to us to give the people of our site a
gaming experience that they will enjoy. In game we hope that all
teams will understand that there is a thin line between banter
and plain right disrespect. If this line is not apparent to some
people then maybe you will have to be reached the hard way.
Aswell as in game, whilst on the site we also expect you to also
treat people with respect and never to harras any of our fellow
members.
Section 1- Part C: Conduct in the community
-Harrasmnt is something that we believe should be ban worthy if
involving any racial, sexual, political or anything to do with
religion. If any evidence against this offence is handed in then
we will immediately be forced to take action on the person who
deals it.
-if you have any video or voice recorded proof you need to share
with an admin or site owner then don't post it publicly just
send a message to us telling us or inv us to a party and we will
sort out the problem.
-if a player has played 3 games then this would mean this player
is allowed to be loaned out or released from a team if wanted,
but If a player has not played two competitive games in leagues
or cup then this player will not be allowed to leave the club if
the player wants to be sold then he will have to complete 5
games or more to allow him to be sold from his club.
-all members on this site are freely welcome to share designs
with fellow members of the site but in order to gain money by
selling or producing signatures or other graphical products will
end up in a ban. A player is only ever allowed to gain money
from selling graphics if the person supplying is a member of the
graphics team and or has a store on the graphics section
-Any advertisement that is uploaded onto the site will also
result in a instant ban unless the websites have an agreed
partnership meaning only admins are allowed to post coresponding
advertisements towards this site.
Section 1- Part D: Gameplay Conduct
-Any sorts of time wasting or holding the ball is strictly
prohiberted and will result in a default loss if proved guilty.
All players are expected to play a full 90mins fairly and allow
the other team to do the same.
-standing on the go alone for free kicks is also prohiberted and
will also cause an instant defeat if caught in the act. This
includes blocking the keeper or touching him or standing on his
goaline.
-to allow the team to give the opposition a chance a 5 at the
back formation is not aloud aswell as playing park the bus for
any of the time in the game which will also end up in a default
loss even if only for 2 seconds of the game
Section 2- Part A Complaints
When an infraction of a rule occurs in the course of game play,
there are several ways that restitution can be made:
-When any pre-game rule is broken, make sure video or photo
evidence is taken. Then proceed with backing out of the game &
filing the complaint the CORRECT way and notify a member of
league staff ASAP. Do not commence in arguments with the other
team, doing so may result in your complaint becoming void.
-If any normal game play rule is broken make sure to proceed in
returning the game play back to its' original state as quickly
as possible. Make sure to make the restitution clear and obvious
to avoid any confusion.
-In the case of goalkeeper interference: Finish the game. Record
the infraction of the goalkeeper and upload it to any web
hosting site. Send the link to BOTH Administrators. A judgement
will be made by the end of the day on the matter.
-In the event that a goal is scored due to a rule break: Finish
the game. Record the infraction of the rule being broken and
upload it to any web hosting site. Send the link to BOTH
Administrators. A judgement will be made by the end of the day
on the matter.
-If you believe a team to have violated a rule, game or conduct,
you must go through the proper channels to report it. If no
report is made, we cannot help you.
Section 2- Part B: Filing a Complaint
-To file a complaint/report, PM a moderator or Administrator.
Send everything pertaining to the issue. Send all evidence,
audio or visual and all witness names that saw what happened.
Once we have deliberated on all the evidence, we will made a
judgement on the case. All reports will be different and
punishment will be taken out on those found guilty.
Section 2- Part C Adding/Dropping Players during the season
Each team will be expected to meet the minimum of 5 players a
roster. Teams can go over this to the maximum of 20 players.
Teams are reserved 5 FREE releases and will have to go through
ascending budget for more. The format of 1 extra release for 1
million. 2 extra releases for 2 million, and will follow more
for more required releases.
Adding
-Any player can be added at any point of the season as long as
they are a member on the website. Teams with roster space can
pick up free agents at anytime as long as they have not broken
any rules.
Dropping
-Teams can release players at any time as long as the player has
completed at least 2 cup or league games or more. The releases
will then be subtracted by one for every player you release. A
maximum of 5 releases per team. If a team wants to release more
players, and has no releases, they still can via ascending
budget. The format of 1 extra release for 1 million. 2 extra
releases for 3 million, and will follow more for more required
releases.
Section 3- Part A: Scheduling and Game Issues
Schedule
-League games will be played on the following days and times :
Monday- 7pm. Tuesday-7pm+8pm. Thursday- 7pm+8pm. Rescheduling is
not allowed Unless the whole league was to agree and then
changes would be considered. Games must and will be played at
these times. Teams that do not show up will result in forfeits.
If both teams don't show up, a forfeit for both teams will be
handed out.
Cups
-Cup games will be played on Wednesday's at 6pm. All teams will
be entered into the FA cup for the first week. The teams knocked
out in the first week are then entered into the Capital One Cup.
All cups will be knockout style games.
Section 3- Part B: Game Setup
To begin a game, each team must make sure they are within these
rules.
- Each player in the match lobby must be on the teams
roster.
-Each team needs to have at least the minimum of 3
players to start the game.
- Each team must have a player in the ANY position (This
player can NOT be the goalkeeper).
-Each team's host needs to be a player with stable
connection and the best connectivity to other players on the
team. The host will be responsible for lag.
-If the game starts and you notice the other team is breaking a
rule, you have till the 10 minute mark in game to back out and
provide proof of the rule break. If you see a rule being broken
after the 10th minute, you must finish the game and record said
rule being broken, then must go through the report process.
Section 3- Part C: Hosting
-The team that is entered in the schedule as the home team must
be the one that sends the away team the friendly invitation. The
team on the left hand side of the Match Report is always the
host. Each team must have a good host. Make sure your host is
the best person on your team for connection.
Game Issues
While playing clubs there are different scenarios that can occur
that can cause problems. Many of these issues have already been
addressed previously in the rule book.
Section 3- Part D: Connection issues *During Game*
If there becomes an issue during the game involving: laggy
connection, screen skipping or disconnection from the game, the
following procedures should be taken.
If players are having laggy connection or screen skipping
-Before the 10' mark a team has the ability to back out of the
game due to a bad connection. Proceed in exiting the match and
do make sure to make your intentions clear.
-Any goals scored will roll over to the restarted game, so make
sure that before you back out the ball is dead, or away from
danger. Use fair play as much as possible with this.
-You may restart the game up to 3 times. After 3 back outs and
lag still persists, you must still play the game. Individual
players cannot stop the games from taking place. The team must
press on without said laggy member.
If players are disconnecting from the game
-The same rule applies to being able to back out within the 10'
mark with the ability to restart the game.
-If a team's ANY lags out after the 10 minute mark, the game
must still go on.
-If a team's GK lags out after the 10 minute mark, the game must
still go on.
Restarts
-Restarts happen if a team has lag and backs out before the 10
minute mark. Each team is allotted three back outs and must ask
the other team to switch host. After the three back outs, teams
must play on without said players lagging.
