Pre-Season Cups Coming soon!!!!!

At FpL we have decided that, due to previous cotastrophys on
other sites, we are going to Schedual the Start of the season
for 3 weeks on Monday. This will allow for the site to have some
time to grow, get teams and and give some teams a fighting
chance of finding a good set of players to play with. We know
that this will mean that the teams that are ready to play may
get frustrated and impatient but please bare with us. To
decrease the chance of bordum we have decided to host many
opertunitys where teams have chance to win extra budgets and
prizes for your team. The FpL have decided to host the
following:
A Tri-Group Cup -this is a straight forward knock out,
meaning that every team will have to fight for its worth. There
will be threegroups , one on the left of the tournament table
containing 4 teams, one on the right of the tournament table
also containing 4 teams and final a group of two at the bottom
of the tournament table. In the left hand group the top two
teams will compete against each other and so will the bottom
two, this will also happen with the right. Then the winner of
the two separate games will go against each other to go through
to the final, which will also happen with the right group. But
in the bottom group there will be one game that the winner of
will go automaticly through to a three way final . This will
mean all three will play each other and the two top teams will
go through to the overall final and they will play for the
winner of the tournament. This tournament will be played with 10
teams so will be first come first served unless we can get in
another game somewhere.
A Cross over cup -this cup is also a straight out
knockout but that of a different format, in this tournament
instead of having three groups there will only be two, left side
tournament table and right side tournament table. Each side will
have 6 teams meaning 12 teams participating. The top two teams,
middle two teams and the bottom two teams will also play each
other this means that from left side there will be three teams
and right side there will be three teams. The top left and
bottom right will compete, bottom left and top right will
compete and finally both middle will compete leavin three
victors. These three will then go into the cup and follow the
same path of the tri-group cup. This tournament will take place
a week after the tri-group cup
