Last night I went to a Q&A of Rick Riordan (author of the Percy
Jackson books) and he said what helps him even BEFORE he sits
down to write his novels he makes detail chart. That it includes
how many chapters from beginning to end. And each block has a
couple sentences saying what will happen in this chapter. It
also helps decide which place the characters are going to go.
(since his books, the characters are always traveling) He said
this helps him even when he feels like he gets stuck. Now
granted, he even said there are times his stories change
direction from where they started when he had it all planned
out.
I know in my head, I have an idea. I know where I want to go
with that idea. I just never write it down lol

I've done the detailed thing before--all that left me was an
outline that was finished but no one to write it down. XD BUT, I
will say that is some very good advice. I'm just too lazy to
finish anything I write. IT'S CAUSE I NEVER WANT TO SEE ANYTHING
GO. *Hugs her OCs tight* I love you guys. ;v;

I get made fun. A lot. Case in point, Zelda, Ocarina of Time.
All I have to do is fight the last boss. Yup. That's it. I won't
because I've devoted so much time and more time and tears and
laughter I DON'T WANT IT TO EEEEEENNNNNND!!!!
maybe that's why I can't finish my novel. lol

Lol I think I watched it on Youtube and then I rolled around for
days moaning I finished the game. WHY MUST YOU TEASE ME SO,
APOLLO?!?!?! Pft I can totally hear that god giggling like a
little school girl. And this is probably why most of my
fanfiction is utterly crack-fiction lol
