       Changed Format of Meetings

       At last night’s AGM a decision was made to change the format and
       conduct of our weekly meetings. This was done with the intention
       of bringing more focus on the group aim of helping members to
       improve their writing skills and knowledge of matters related to
       writing, writers, publishers, etc. There is too much detail to
       include in this email so you will find all the information
       included in the attachment.
