       You wouldn't put the house of Windsor (Sax-Coburg really) on the
       flag because it would symbolise that commonwealth is under the
       Queen's (or King's) control only as that's what family crests
       are for. Common wealth isn't controlled by one person but a
       collection of the leaders of each country so it wouldn't fit. Im
       too British fro this forum ;)

       The reason I put the House of Windsors (they have not been
       Sax-Coburg since World War 1 so in my view they family name now
       is Windsor  :D)
       on the flag is because the commonwealth alliance aswell as being
       combined due to Empire links they are also linked in their link
       of the Queen being their head of states  :) and in a way they do
       have to listen to some commands her Majesty makes, i mean by
       golly she's dismissed the canadian parliment a number of times
       in the past years for good reason  :) anyway its not politics
       here i just think the current flag looks a bit silly i mean
       could you see that above an emmbasy or hanging anywhere in a
       nation i could never see a flag like that being on my arm  :-\

       shes done it to Australian.
