I don't follow what you mean Macca, how doesn't it reward
consistency? As I've said before, anything can come up in life
where you will have to choose that over the game, and you can
suffer greatly just by missing one week.

After thinking about this, I'm actually going to vote against
even though it's going to cost me when I'm away next Jan, and
maybe again before the season ends as well. It would to be too
much work (for Gaz) to maintain an accurate championship table
for one thing. I mean that each week he'd need to see what
everyone's worst 2 results are and exclude them from the total.
if not we'd have no idea what the 'real' standings were.
And I agree with Macca's point as well. It would mean that
someone who had 2 bad races gets an advantage, since we couldn't
differentiate between having a bad race and being on holiday.
And anyway, I've already got a plan for the race I'm going to
miss. I think it's going to be Singapore. Don't want to give
away too much, but don't be surprised if my team mate
'accidentally' slams Livo into the wall ;)

Lets say my two worst races are two fifth places and somebody
else may miss or crash out in a race and lose nothing where I
would lose 20 hard earnt points at the end of the season. It the
end of the day we are all in the same boat. I am probably one of
the drivers in our league with one of the busiest shedules at
the moment and I have to sometimes make a big effort to get on a
Tuesday night. And to add to that the hassel of working out each
week who drops what races. I have to vote against this idea
sorry. Just my opinion.

My opinion is if you race you get awarded points, if you don't
race you get no points. Just the same as if you loose connection
at the start of a race you get no points. I agree with Macca,
I'm not going to give up my hard earned points for anyone.

Guys I have potentially 2 new recruits that we can test out for
our league...
1. MoSs_611 (American in California, US)
2. NL-SKUNK (Brit, I believe)
Both are RaceDepartment guys and I have seen both of them online
numerous times around the time we play, so have asked both if
interested and both are indeed.
I told them both to add GAZZA_308 to PSN...but if you wanna take
the reins Gaz, and add them yourself and invite them to a game,
then you can test them out. I can speak for Moss, that he is a
fast and ultra clean driver...never raced with SKUNK before
though.

Thats cool, do they want to join the next season? and when do
they want to race with us? Should we maybe set up a race on
Wednesday night to see how they go? What does everyone else
think???

I didn't really give them any time frame to join us...maybe they
can slide in at team Virgin or HRT or something according to
Supanash's list that is a fairly competitive car if they want.
If you are on at any other point in the week that they are I'm
sure we could all have a race and see how it goes.

Moss did a few laps with Macca, Livo, Supanash and myself last
night. It was good, he handed all of our asses to us! Except
that Livo had some wanker drive over the top of him and take him
out, and I was trapped behind Macca for many laps, lol

Yeah Skunk is clean. I've raced him many times but isn't as
quick as Moss. More players to beat the better ;)
