yep based on the amount of drop outs I have had I think this
should be implemented.

sounds fear to me if passed 3/4 race distance ?then all pit
stops should be done

i'm currently reading a book on "history of f1" and i came
across a good concept in the first chapter that i think we
should implement into this season or next..
when f1 first started in the 1950's they use to award 1 point to
the person who did the fastest lap for the race..
so wheather you were 1st or last u got a point..
i know if i was in 7th or 8th with no chance of winning id push
hard to try and get it ..1 point isnt much but it could play a
major role towards the end of a season.
i think it would b good to try this .what do you guys think??
lol i bet mark webber wished this rule was still around :D

I was thinking of suggesting this myself but wasn't sure if
people would go for it. I think it's a good idea. Especially
since I got the fastest lap in both Australia and Turkey ;D

I'm all for it! Is the book any good by the way? Could be one of
those rare occasions were I actually read a book!

Was just having a chat with Nash right before we signed off, and
he was mentioning a week he wouldn't be able to make a race
later on in the season. It led to us talking about points
implications, and I remember that I stated on here that I had an
idea to drop the 2 worst races of the season at the end.
I see earlier in this thread I mentioned it and I asked for
thoughts, and no one really responded. Does anyone disagree with
dropping 2 races at the end of the season? I know Chris will
vote for it, due to him missing this week unexpectedly :P. We
never know when things are going to come up in our personal
lives and we could potentially miss a week of racing, and lose
out in the points.
I vote Livo drops 3 races ;)

Dropping two races does not reward consistency though. I would
have to vote against this idea. As usual majority rules. That's
just my two cents
