Withdrawing

Hey guys..
I really hate to do this because I know that we already are a
small group as it is, but I think I'm going to have to withdraw
from this league.
There are a few reasons I'm making this decision, but the main
one being that things have not been the same since the clocks
changed. I thought I was going to be able to swing it and be
able to play after I leave work, but I can't be rushing home
from my job to play this game (especially now that it's winter
here and it can be treacherous driving home with slippery roads,
etc.)
I really miss the way things used to be, where we would all just
play a couple of races for fun a couple of days a week, but now
all attention seems to be focused on the league, and I just feel
like attitudes have changed as well lately...like I said things
are just not the same.
What really set me over the edge was what you all did to me last
night: starting the qualifying session before waiting for me to
get into the room. That really was not a nice thing to do, and
something I wouldn't expect from any of you. If I wasn't online
when you were apparently starting the countdown from the lobby,
I would understand...but for whatever reason I have to go
through 5-7 invites from all of you before I can even get into
the room. If you can't wait an extra minute or two for me to
finally connect (which is also difficult and frustrating for
whatever reason), then that's pretty disappointing. Last week
you waited 20 minutes for me before start, this week you started
before I even had a chance to get into the room? What's that
about?
I'm not trying to insult or degrade any of you, but I just can't
be arsed anymore. Pretty much this entire league (except a few
specific points) have been more of a chore than fun for me. Cars
lagging around, lack of practice with all of you guys...and it's
probably just better for me to withdraw...at least until the
clocks change back again and I'm able to see you all online more
often.
If you guys would like to continue to invite me when I'm online,
I'm always up to race...however I don't see that as likely
because I hardly see any of you online anymore when I'm on these
days anyway.
Good luck to all, especially my teammate, for the rest of the
league.

Sorry to hear mate. I honestly thought you were in the lobby
when we started ??? Don't understand why we didn't restart for
you either?
I understand where your coming from though. The time diff sucks
in winter & if it's not fun for you anymore then it's not worth
the stress.
You know me always happy to race with you mate ;)

Same as Drew...time difference does not suit me at all....see ya
all at the end of March.
