SUGGESTIONS

winner of season 1 drivers title gets to choose team mate (but
only a driver that finished outside the top 3) and car for
season 2....
season 1 constuctors champs gets the same car and team mate for
season 2....
thoughts????

Maybe we should use Wednesday night to do some 20% races with
all assists off and see how we go? Start at 6pm AEST, qually and
race. ;D Drew, see if your mates would like to join us? ???

Sounds good gaz although we may have to change our setups to
cope with the lack of traction and grip. Traction control and
abs can really compensate for a bad setup if you ask me.
Looks like we will be teammates in the curry munchers again then
gun haha. Think we just need to keep an eye on those mclarens
mate.

Yeah I can do that Gary...if you guys are on during the week and

because i dont know the tracks well enough and i will probably
end up in the wall most of the race, I would need a lot of time
to get my braking points sorted with no racing line, what do you
blokes think?
I will probably end up in the wall anyway, LOL. ;D

I'm happy with all assists off, but if some need the racing line
then I don't mind that. I think it's better for people to have
the racing line on than to run into others at a corner because
they missed a breaking point.
Bit surprised you haven't learnt the circuits yet Gaz! It
shouldn't take you long really. First step is just to find a
track side marking that's at more or less the same place that
the line turns from green to red and then adjust from there.
Does anyone know if it's possible to restrict traction control
to medium, or is it just allowed and not allowed? I had a quick
go with medium TC for the first time in GP mode the other day
and it's a nice middle ground.

It's either banned or allowed, there is no middle ground.
I actually have a problem with medium, it seems almost more
difficult to drive with that than it being all the way off. It's
almost like the game decides each turn if it should have TC or
not lol

id like to see equal cars again but all the cars in the hat this
time and if ur team recieves a car and u dont like it too
bad....
to me equal is equal ..but there is diffences between cars just
like f1 2010 game all u need to do is counter for under or
oversteer and sometimes adjust ur gearbox.... :)

[/quote]I have learnt the tracks but I am worried if i do miss
the braking points which is sure to happen, and with the assists
off i may ruin someone elses race and i dont want that to
happen, but i can try and see how i go but if i hit someone then
you will know why, i will be trying my hardest not to. My eyes
aren't as good as they used to be so the chances of missing the
braking points and going off into the wall or gravel is on the
cards until i get it right. :P

Better watch out Gaz, those Mercedes boys are a menace with no
assists!
If both of us can finish one of these races at some point, we
can take the fight! lol
