       Rules and Penalties
       There will be Qualifying and a 50% Race.
       The Rules & Flags will be on Realistic.
       Manual or Automatic Gearbox.
       Pit Limiter and Pit Box will be set to Manual.
       All Driving Assists will be on except Braking Assist.
       Car Performance - Equal
       Tyre wear - On
       Fuel load - On
       Collisions - Full
       Damage - Full

       All that is asked for is clean racing guys, specially the first
       corner of the race off the the start, the realistic penalties
       will look after the majority of incidents. And most of all the
       aim is to have FUN! F1_4_FUN:)
