Great race guys. Excellent to hear at the start we were all two
cars wide through the first couple of corners. Just goes to show
how good online racing can be with great drivers all the way
down the grid. Congratulations once again to Gazza, you were
super quick today my friend... good stuff.
I had a good run down to the first corner from third and I was
side by side through turn one and two with Kiwi, with Gazza just
in front of us both. I started on the prime tires an led the
race after Gazza and Livo pitted on about lap eight, not sure. I
then stopped and changed to options on lap eleven and came out
of the pits about fifth I think. My race was pretty uneventful
really just kept my head down and tried to not make any
mistakes. I was chasing Nashy down for a number of laps during
my final stint on the prime tire once again and managed to
overtake him using DRS down the start straight although I have a
feeling he was running light on fuel?
After that I was surprised to come round turn 14 and see Livo
rejoining the track after a excursion on to the green bit haha.
I though sweet this is my chance to nab second but It wasnt to
be. I pushed my fuel as hard as I dared and as it was I ran out
halfway down the back straight on the final lap!!! I was lucky
that I had a bit of breathing space back to nashy by that stage
and held onto third.
Thanks guys for another good clean race and I will see you all
in China.
PS GO THE FERRARI'S.............. never thought I would ever
hear myself saying that statement ;D

Well done Gazza great win mate.
Started in 5th & managed to get by cleanly through the 1st
corners. Took Beno on the inside in turn 3 & managed to get by
him then Gun & Supanash or Macca for 3rd & 2nd later in the lap
(can't remember how). Started 2nd lap about 2.5 sec behind Gazza
(what a start) & couldn't catch him. Followed behind watching
the time diff stay pretty consistently 3-5 sec. While managing
to keep a good gap behind me.
4 laps to go stuffed up the 2nd last corner and hit the bollard
which sent me spinning out onto the gravel which lost me about 6
seconds. Was praying to get back on track in time & Macca was
right behind for the last few remaining laps. Kept my composure
& didn't make any more mistakes to finish 2nd.
Happy with a podium finish

Q 2nd..had a really good start got my nose in front of gaz going
into the first corner but ran a little wide.and livo got
past...for some reason my tyres just would not warm up for 4
laps i had absolutly no grip..macca got past on lap 2 ,i was now
in 4th with kiwi and castrol on my tail.kiwi tried to pass me on
the outside of turn 11 which is impossible and threw my
concertration off and at turn 12 i hugged the inside kerb and
got hit by either kiwi or castrol went into a spin and got a
drive thru penalty for dangerous driving..go figure.
did my drive thru...came out in 11th,pitted the next lap,and put
another set of options on.i pushed hard and got to 9th.i put the
primes on for my final stint ,and came out in 11th again,so i
pushed really hard,drove like a mad man and finished 6th..
bit suprised how i managed to get 2 the end of the race with my
tyres (option,option,primes)
overall happy with coming 6th....but not happy about the drive
thru penalty i didnt deserve it..
but from 2nd to 11th then 9th to 11th to 6th...cant complain
wheres my team mate????????????????

Had a good qually session just got gun for Pole, started well
and led into the second corner, got a bit of a gap and had to
hold off livo, he was coming fast until he made a mistake
towards the end, it was only then i took a breath, drove the
track almost perfect and kept a 5 sec lead, always have trouble
on the first 2 turns but nailed them tonight. Livo you kept me
wondering when you were going to catch and pass me!
That was my first Pole Position and my first win in league
racing, I am just so excited!!!!
Great race fellows, another good, hard, clean race.

Chris I'm feeling your pain for sure....
Qualified 9th on primes...was not too satisfied with that
because I was purple (and remained purple) in sectors 1 and 2
for all of qualifying, but could not put it together in sector
3.
Start of the race, had a nice battle with castrol through sector
1. Was VERY impressed at the synchronous formation everyone took
through the first bit of corners. Castrol finally backed off and
I took to chasing Striker...he made a mistake on the sharp
right-hander before the final straightaway and took 8th. I
caught up to Ben in 7th and got checked up through turn 1 and
gave him a tap in turn 2 unfortunately that sent him into a
spin, which I could tell he wasn't too happy about. Very sorry
for that man.
Continued on in last place, and could tell was not getting
anywhere on primes, but lo and behold I drove through what
looked like a war zone, cars spun off everywhere. Josh was
first, then Gun, then Striker again. Caught kiwi battling with
castrol, and his lag was borderline unbearable. At one point, it
looked as if he spun out on that right-hander before the back
straightaway, so I instinctively took to the grass and wound up
getting a drive-thru for illegal overtake (for a car that wasn't
even REALLY there!). Fell to last place again after that.
I got up as high as 5th before I had to pit on lap 16. Had a
good battle with Nash as he exited the pits, but my worn tires
were no match for him. When I noticed Kiwi and Castrol closing I
knew it was time to pit. Came out in 9th, and from there the
race came to me. Set two fastest race laps in a row, and could
see the gap to kiwi ahead was closing big time. I pit again on
lap 22 for more options, and when I came out (in 10th) the train
of cars ahead of me was incredible. Passed Striker, no problem.
Passed Kiwi in turn 3, and when I swung wide on the right hand
sweeper, he tried to pass me going into that quick right and
instead we made contact and I went barreling off into the
gravel, then wound up spinning on that low-speed left hander at
the end of the straightaway.
Thought my race was doomed from there, but Kiwi let me back
past, and I got by Striker who was prob saving fuel. Beno passed
me on the last lap also when I was saving fuel, but his 20-sec
penalty allowed me to keep 7th.
Better performance this week, but watching my teammate drive
circles around me is not the best feeling in the world.

wow.....
impressed by how much you guys remember(must be my age).....
Was not feeling to good today, wife says i have man flu.....but
i did say its worse than that.
Quallied on primes, gonna have to get a better setup for
lumpa...steady race throughout, watching ppl fall off
everywhere, and trying to avoid the lagging car of kiwi.
End of the day, great racing.
