i know its hard to get people from 4 diff countries at the same
place and time but we really need a concrete time to start
[/quote]I agree with you Chris, we should of started at 5.45
AEST as we changed the time once before from 5.30 to 6.45 to
wait for Drew as the clocks changed, no offence Drew. As Drew
said he was happy to join the back of the field in the race. As
it turned out we didn't start until nearly 6.15 AEST because of
connection problems so i think when we are in the lobby and the
time hits 5.45, we go to race and as everyone knows they will
have an invite sent to them by all other players and they can
join the race. I don't mind waiting for players and at times
people have issues arise which they cannot control, but i think
we have to have a set time as others may have commitments which
they plan around the race on Tuesday night and have to attend to
after the race finishes. So lets all try to be online and start
at 5.45pm AEST as we all agreed and have some fun racing.

Luckily enough, since I work in front of a computer all day, I
am able to tell you guys ahead of time if I get out of work or
not. I shouldn't have any more issues, so lets carry on! :D

So I get online and am still receiving invites from you guys and
yet you start anyway without me? You were all still in the lobby
obviously, so why couldn't you wait an extra minute until I
signed in to the room so I didn't have to sit at my TV for 14
and a half minutes to watch qualifying? That is pretty messed
up, to be completely honest.

Hey Guys, does anyone object to starting the race at 6pm AEST
the original time so some players have time to get home and get
into the lobby? Surely 15 minutes is not going to make much of a
difference. It seems we are all having problems with the 2011
game, getting into the lobby, bad lag, not being able to hear
everyone. Please give me your thoughts on this as I would like
to see as many on the start grid and qualifying as possible. I
know we talked last week about being online to start at 5.45 but
obviously that is not going to work for some of us, let's all
try to be a bit flexible to accommadate everyone in this league,
speaking from experience, keeping everyone happy all the time
just won't happen but we can sure try. ??? ??? ???

Sure thing Gaz Il vote to change if it means keeping Drew, he is
a great guy and we have raced a hell of a lot of races with him.
I feel bad about him not getting in to qualy last night. We need
to do something to get him back on board.
