out there is a blanket of snow waiting for me on my driveway

Q: 3rd ; just dialed in a setup and I guess it stuck, did a
1:13.0 with a quick mistake in S1.
R: 3rd ; Overtook Stubbs at the start and followed Moss closely
and I found myself leading for a bit before I was overtaken, and
I had to quickly decide which direction I wanted to strategize.
Went with the 1-stopper, so I sort of just took it smooth and
easy for the whole first stint. It was clear there was a lot of
drama and battling going on behind me so that allowed me to
really just drive my own race and see how long the supersoft
tires would last.
Went all the way to L16, and took my prime stop. I came out a
few seconds behind Stubbs, and wow what a difference .... felt
like I was driving worn options for a few laps, I just couldn't
get a rhythm. I saw Stubbs was busy up ahead lapping a car and
he was actually pulling away from me, it was then I realized
that this 1 stopper was not going to work.
Halfway thru the 2nd stint I was starting to push a little more
because Stubbs took his 2nd stop and came out only 5 seconds
behind me. Didn't really necessarily know where I could get on
the gas earlier and I found myself making a lot of mistakes and
getting nervous about a closing Stubbs. He finally overtakes me
and there goes any chance of a 2nd place. Rest of the race he
just increased the gap more and more.
I think the one-stopper could work as I still had a decent
amount of life left in my primes, just didn't know how hard I
could push the car without the tires completely going off the
cliff.
Wasn't all that into the race for some personal reasons, so
sorry if I sounded drab at the start/towards the end. Congrats
to the dynamic duo up front, it's obvious you guys are a cut
above the rest.
On to the next one.

q - 2nd. did an ok lap i thought i could bust the 1.11 mark but
made a blunder on my final lap without time left. moss held his
nerve to take p1 from me at the death of q. but the smart arse
was on primes which made me sink back into my seat a bit.
r - 2nd
everything that can happen in a race happened other then me
getting into position 1. i held every other position tho
poor start drew got me off the line
got spun at t1 my the other sauber.
the field over took me
passed macca soon after.
made many mistakes.
battled with everyone
pitted twice
set f/laps
striker finally give me his position 15 laps later haha.
mid race i found myself about 5/6 secs behind the leader and
then had kart who was a lap down come out of the pits who had my
measure on fresh options to my wearing primes and i ended up in
a battle i didnt want to be. being frustrated from this i made
mistakes so i let him by twice and each time he stuffed up and
spins in front of me so i kept making mistakes. our blue flag
battle lasted 5 laps the gap to moss wass then 16 and drew had
closed our gap down to 2 ish secs. so i pitted 2 laps earlier to
get away from kart and get some fresh air.
end up catching drew with 5 laps to go to re claim 2nd and then
i cruised home as moss was too far by then
very eventful but ultimatly the t2 incident ruined my race. i
was annoyed at it and by that i drove really crappy. oh well
shitty happens ay

Q-4th was only .3 off the pole time on my last try but corner
cut the chicane in sec 2.
R-4th Start well but hold a litle earlyer for the first corner,
got pushed and hit stubbs, lost positio to cartdude, hes car was
legging as hell! was going out off the track and hiting the
walls flying and going back to the track. I prbable lost 10sec
in the first 5 laps. pit for options on lap 14 got pass by
stubbs and later kartdude made a mistake in the last chicane and
his car came slowly to the racing line stubss pass and my car
got staked on hes car for few sec. later i thin gazza had some
problems and a pass him, was 10sec behind drew whet down to 9sec
and start to increase againg so pited again in lap24 and tryed
to do some fast laps on fresh tyres but don't have a good pace
here and finish where i was.

Q-6th Didn't run as fast as I could have but was happy with my
time
R-5th Started well, held my position into T1 and got held up
with the carnage in front of me in T2, had good pace early on,
Cam made a mistake so I took advantage of it and went up a
position, expecting him to be a lot quicker and take back the
position, I kept to the race line and held him off until I made
a mistake through the chicane and BAM hit the wall and lost my
wing on lap 9, was going ok until then :'(
went from 3rd to last, out of the pits and I see Macca up the
road so I set off to hunt him down and to my surprise I reeled
him in pretty quick but to pass was a different story, you made
the back of that Redbull very wide Macca, anyway, get a chance
in DRS but can't quite get there so wait for the next lap and
try and get a bit closer, this time I have my nose in front into
the chicane, tip toeing through as not to make contact and then
when we come out Bam I'm into the wall and there goes another
wing :'( :'( out of the pits again with fresh tires and a new
front end, I find myself in 5th so I decide to slow down and let
Macca through as I didn't know if the collision was my fault, so
let him past and then pass him in the first chicane a couple
laps later as he goes a bit wide, then all I could do was hold
my position and stay out of the way while the faster boys lapped
me. :P
Was pretty happy with my pace, still a few seconds adrift, but
hopefully a bit of practice will do good. ;)

q 6th
race 7th, terrible race, i think i hit the wall of champions
about 6 times hahaha.
i didnt practise like the past few weeks, so i sucked
didnt think there would be a difference but, gosh.
i knew as soon as i done 1 lap in q, i wasnt going to have a
great car, i thought i would do a few things that worked before,
like at monaco and spain but didnt work here.
on to the next one and hope to improve.

Moss I don't understand!
How are you able to use that much throttle while turning & not
spin?
It literally isn't possible!
