update patch has come to the uk.....dunno about the rest of you,
as nobody has reported back as yet.

I'm reading that there are a lot of handling changes in the
patch. Some people saying it's more like 2011. I'd be
disappointed if that's true.
Everyone (even CM) seems to agree that you need to drastically
change your wheel settings. Again!

Yep all of you wonderful folks get a patch, and I don't, and I
am unable to play the game with you as was just tested with my
teammate a little bit ago.
Really having second thoughts about continuing on with this game
from here. I have kinda had a change of attitude ever since I
was sick and in the hospital last week, and I really have no
desire honestly to turn on a video game anymore to practice or
anything, I have other priorities in life that I really should
be focusing on and things have been crazy. The fact that half of
the world gets a patch and the others don't when it is
well-known that there are many international leagues that play
each other (and with a lot of lag) is just another nail in the
coffin for me.
Good luck to everyone on Tuesday without me....I'll consider my
options after that.

That's not good news drew. Hope you are ok mate. We could always
put a hold on the racing until everyone has the patch? I think
that is the only fair thing anyway in my opinion.

What Macca said. Would be a shame to lose you Drew but
understandable if it happens. I wouldn't begrudge you quitting.

So, what does everyone think we should do now? I reckon we
could:
1. Just carry on with China on Tuesday. Drew and Moss should
have the patch by then
2. Give everyone a week off to get used to the patched version
and then continue with china
3. Give everyone a week off and then start over from Melbourne!
Edit: now I'm not sure when the patch will be available in North
America. Might be another week or two!

I don't want to hold everyone back from racing - if you guys
want to continue on with the championship to keep the flow
going, I'm not going to make a big stink of it. I'm just in a
weird place right now is all.
I just feel sort of bad potentially quitting and ditching my
teammate who was so kind to ask me to be alongside him for the
season.

Well I'm furious. Game is unplayable.
CM fucked the wheel settings & despite changing my settings to
CM's suggested 65-70% saturation the understeer is just
ridiculous.
Won't be able to play in the league unless it's with a
controller. :'(

After playing with settings the game is now again playable.
Will post in wheel settings.
