Rules Switch?

Hey all.
I move that we switch the rules from realistic to reduced for
this season. When we did our PRL race on Sunday night, we had
someone who tried serving a drive-thru and instead, the car just
pitted each time and did not serve the drive-thru. This is a bug
that can completely ruin your race, and I believe Castrol fell
victim to the same thing last week at Hockenheim.
Lets just put the rules to reduced, and if we get an unfair
penalty (which this game seems really good at handing out), we
can just have the 10 seconds removed at the end.
This game just continues to astound me at the fact that people
are losing connection, giving unfair penalties, and the crazy
weather habits.
Take a look at a video from an ARL guy's perspective and look at
what ridiculous penalties he gets:

100% agree. There is no way we can have the rules as realistic
when the drive through system is bugged.

Yes i have seen the same and other day i got hit from behind and
i got drive through. Totaly agree to keep it reduced.

I agree, having the drive-through system just isn't worth the
grief atm. It seems like a fairly common bug.

This is the thread I am referring to BTW, in regards to the
rules being reduced. Thought the majority agreed to make it
reduced and I think we need to still keep it reduced.

Yes we all agreed to change the rules to reduced because of the
unfair penalties before the game was patched, but after the
patch it was back to realistic rules, and because you (Andrew)
ran across the pit lane exit line means you get a penalty, and
doesn't mean the bug still exists, you got the penalty fairly
and obviously everyone else new the rule. You can't come out of
pit lane full noise at Monaco or anywhere else for that matter,
you want to play like your in a simulation, then drive the way
you are supposed to. Don't try and put the blame on me when you
were at fault.
As for running the league, if you think you can do a better job,
then be my guest.
This is supposed to be fun, I think some of us forget that at
times. Your not playing for sheep stations!
And if you want someone else to host, I have no problem with
that.

I know that's what you said in the lobby Gazza, I was just
trying to come on here and at least prove what I was going on
about. I guess something was decided in a game lobby after
everyone but me and Moss got the patch because nothing was
posted on here about it, so I'm sorry if I upset anyone.
I am also not complaining about how you're running the league. I
am not trying to say you're doing a poor job. But you can't sit
there and tell me that riding around by yourself for a whole
race is "fun" because there's 5 other people, most at varying
levels of skill which spreads the field out and you're
essentially just doing a 30+ lap time trial.
