       Disconnection

       DISCONNECTION
       I have been giving this some thought and I propose-
       5 points for disconnection before the half way point (Regardless
       of where you qualify)
       Half points for disconnection after the half way point (As per
       last season and position)
       No points for pole position, your reward is Pole.
       This way your efforts from practicing all week won't be all in
       vane.
       What do you think??

       I think normal points should be given! Just the top 10 like real
       f1!
       None for pole
       None for flap
       I think we should shuffle hosts to find a stable connection
       between everyone.
       But I'm also happy for things to stay the same as s2

       Il second what cam says same as f1. No points for pole of
       fastest lap. Also will go a step further and say no points for
       disconnect either.
       Basically I vote for points awarded once you cross the line
       after full race distance.
       Handing out points for only doing half a race is crazy if you
       ask me. At the end of the day we are all in the same boat.

       I reckon no points for pole, and it looks like most people want
       to get rid of the fastest lap point, which is fine by me as
       well.
       But I don't agree on scrapping the disconnection points. I think
       we should keep the 50% points for completing half race distance
       and, as livo suggested, think about awarding some for very early
       disconnections in the race based on quali position. And I'm
       saying this even though I've not once been disconnected myself!
       From the last 2 seasons I think it's pretty obvious that we are
       not all in the same boat when it comes to disconnects. Some
       suffer a lot more than others, and there might not be much they
       can do about it, so I think it's fair that we do something to
       compensate.
       If the 2012 game turns out to be a lot more stable then we could
       reconsider.

       I really don't understand how people disconnect. I'm 10,000+
       miles away and I've disconnected 1 time in this league (S1
       Nurburgring).

       disconnection" issue, so, as we always do, we will have a vote
