Moss, I don't think stubbs was claiming the fastest lap of the
race. He just meant that was his fastest.
Nice vid stubbs. Opening laps looks like a real race!

Lol listening to my self talking is kinda annoying and yes my
English is really bad. I meant yellow flags all track. And when
i overtook stubbs i did use drs but only at the end straight
when I decided to make the move.

Q-2nd
Had a good run in qually, posted a good time but didn't know if
it was going to be good enough to stay there but in the end it
was. Definatly helps to practice a wet setup.
R-6th
Got a good start and kept my position into T1, and then sat on
Supanashes gearbox for the first 8 laps, he was the engine
driver in the train, that was awesome, couldn't get close enough
to make a pass, pitted lap 8 and went to exit and didn't realize
Stubbs was up my clacker, was exiting pit lane and let Macca and
Castrol go as they were racing, but in doing so Cam jumped me,
bugger, pitted again for the right tires this time and came out
behind Stubbs in 4th place, last pit and I come out behind
Castrol a little ways back, he loses it at T1, I cut the corner
and get stung for an illegal overtake,WTF, so I do my drive
through and bring the car home in 6th.
If I could get my race stratergy worked out then maybe one day I
might get on the podium. ???
Driver of the Day - Supanash for pole and the win. Well done
mate. ;)

Q 8th: first stint very little grip, second seemed like I had
more grip set 4th or 5th time, final stint ass the dry line was
starting to form seemed like a had less grip and didn't get a
lap in.
R 8th: Went for a two stopper O(10) - P(13)- P(13). Had a pretty
good race, got past macca after battling for a few laps and
started to gap. In the second stint I was battling with Gazza
maybe? but at some point I was ahead of stricker by a few
seconds when my wheel disconnected and had to recalibrate by the
time I was back racing I was 4-5s behind stricker and Macca
caught me and we battled for a while with me unable to really
get past. I think he 3 stopped? Because in the end I had Gazza
and Macca in front but they pitted and slowly Gazza caught me
and made the move at t1 on the penultimate lap and I challenged
to much which put me in the grass at t1 because I outbraked my
self. This meant Macca also caught up with his better tyres and
I made a mistake in s2 final lap for macca to squeeze past and I
couldn't get him on the run to the line.

Q: 6th - Couldn't get a set up to work. Made mistakes in every
sector let alone every lap.
R: 4th - Started Primes. 3 stop, each stop options. Is there a
trick to get fast pit stops? Each stop was 5 seconds. ::)
Normal slow start for me but didn't lose any
positions. Had a lagging Striker constantly swapping in front &
behind me. Lost some time there. Not sure what happened to him.
Couldn't keep up with the front runners on the
prime stint & after the 1st pit stops was almost 10 seconds
behind 4th i think.
Maintained a pretty competitive pace on my own
until I was again fighting Striker for 4th with just a few laps
left.
No lag this time & I was able to pull away after
getting the pass done using DRS.
Not disappointed with 4th but disappointed that I
wasn't able to challenge for the podium positions. 20+ seconds
off. I certainly have some catching up to do with you guys.
Well done to Supanash. You would of got the
championship last year if you hadn't pulled out.
Unlucky Moss but you are just amazingly quick! Any
tips regarding set ups? I realize that isn't the main reason you
are so quick, you definitely have skills. :)
DOD: Gazza - Just unlucky race mate but your pace
impressed me the most. Could of finished ahead of me without the
penalty & pit crew drama.
Will catch you guys on Tuesday's still. Except for
Castrol of course. May he RIP. :D

Thanks for that castrol, I thought after all this time you would
know I don't race that way :-\. Pays to hear both sides of the
story before making assumptions like above buddy. I new you were
behind and I checked behind before looking back so I hit the
inside apex. I thought you were too far back at that point to
make a pass. I also had no white arrow so turned in like evert
lap prior. What's more I didn't even feel a tap let alone know
your car was up the inside of mine. Also if I knew I had taken
you off I most certainly would have waited for you and let you
have the position!!! Now I know this happend I offer you an
apology.
Anyway quail was pretty average and started 7th.
Race was ok. Struggled for grip throughout as I did a three stop
strategy. I pitted lap 10 after starting on primes, then again
on lap 20 again for primes then my final stop I think was on lap
31-32 for options. Had a good battles with castrol and angryman.
Only just got past angry on the last lap due to him running wide
on worn tyres.
Looking ahead to season three I would like to improve my pace. I
feel like I'm really struggling to keep up in this league now. I
think I may need to look at my wheel setup in conjunction to
becoming better at setting up the car. I feel my driving is ok
perhaps not as good as the front runners so I'm looking at my
entire setup. Any tips from the fast guys would be appreciated.
Thanks to all for another great season of racing and good times.
Congratulations supernash you are a deserving drivers champion.
Well done mate. I must say my money was on moss though, hard
luck man. Hey there's always next season.
See you all soon.

Yep, that Macca/Castrol incident was most definitely the
Australia vs. Continent lag that I keep bringing up. Macca
thinks Castrol's car is 1 car length behind where it is, and
Castrol is alongside so Castrol gets spun out and Macca doesn't
feel a thing.
Such happens with 99.9% of my incidents with PRL drivers ::)
::) ::) (including a couple with Stubbs)
