Q 5th: First stint I corner cut so no time set. I was happy with
the time for primes. Though had to do an extra lap on the tyres
as I corner cut the first corner on my first hot lap with them.
Didn't run again as I was planning on a 3 stopper.
R 6th (up from 7th): Started well up into 4th until Drew got
past but he got out of shape and I got past again. I struggled
though around lap 5-6 and made a few mistakes and spun once.
This put me around the back of the pack.
Had a battle with castrol in the first half of the race, then
our pitting was offset so only saw each other at the end of
stints.
Final stint I came out just in front of Gazza and a few seconds
behind castrol, as my tyres were fresher than theirs I pulled
away from Gaz and slowly caught Castrol, only got right on him
in the last lap. Coming around the final corner had better drive
and was probably going to have the run to the line as I had half
KERS still, but I caught him too fast mid corner and touched the
wall trying to go around the outside which slowed me down. Was a
pretty intense last few laps trying to stay smooth.

Quali 4th did not get my best but its ok! Sorry cam did not see
u coming in a fast lap!
Race 4Th Did not have a good start as i was behind moss and he
start bit slower plus bit of legg for me lost some positions in
first 2 laps tryed to recover by changing strategy to 3 stopes
that did not work so did 4 stops
Gazza: when i pass u on long strait was quit wierd becouse i
used the look back before go back to the race line and i saw u
way back but also felt my car hit yours so i was a bit confusing
about it and just keep going, but that time makes me realise we
have some kind of delay on the conection. that u will see drew
spun at some stage in my race i was far but i give the position
back to him. sorry again!

Yeah 13:36 of my video is the spin striker is talking about. But
as you can see Striker was lagging all over my screen the whole
time I was sharing racetrack with him all race long.

looks like strikers lag was very bad for you, but i noticed at
the race start i lagged really badly i hope it wasnt like that
all race i really stress about this haha

with him and had an incident with him were he backed off which

Trust me Stubbs .. season 1 striker's lag was a LOT worse.
He was actually racing most races (on my screen) on a complete
different part of the track, but when the race was over and I
crossed the finish line he was in like last and suddenly he'd
cross the finish line and he'd jump up from last to like, 4th
China S1 comes to mind .... I was chasing ugotgun and supanash
and was in 3rd and was like sweet I'm gonna get my first podium!
finished about 10sec behind them i think but then it suddenly
showed that striker finished like 5 seconds behind me, yet he
was nowhere on track!

Cam you were jumping around at the start for me, I 'passed' your
slow moving car on the straight after the first two corners then
you jumped in front again. Maybe we should try a different host?

Mmm I'll be very interested in seeing moss' video for the first
half of lap 1 because if any one watched my vid we went wheel to
wheel cleanly thru the tight section n if I was lagging by god
it was amazing we did make it.
