I just remembered I was also told mid race that Schumacher would
be pitting soon!

Sorry about the racing line guys was a pure oversight on my part
:-\
Q=5th R=5th
Had a nice little battle with my team mate for the first stint
which was fun. That and the last few laps were the most fun as I
was battling with Drew and Gaz. Those are the on track battles
that I really enjoy. Much more fun than racing around by
yourself with big gaps to the cars in front and behind aye.
Drove a pretty poor race to be honest and made far to many
mistakes the worst being at the hairpin when i downshifted in to
nuetral and lost about thirthy five seconds :o Couldnt select
the right gear due to panic, then being a bit to eager to get
away and round she went again.... oh boy ::)
Anyway I new that the only way I was going to hang onto fifth
after that nightmare was to not stop again and make my tires go
to the end. Boy was that some pressure holding you off Gaz...
one more lap and you would have got me thats for sure. Felt a
bit like Hamilton at the end of Valencia ;D

I see I'm getting the blame again for something that wasnt my
fault, didnt feel a thing Gaz, maybe you should have waited till
i passed.

Castrol there's a pretty good chance you experience the same lag
problems that I experience when racing these guys....due to our
distance away from Australia. You actually are 1 car length
behind on their screen, so if you see a prox arrow appear on
your screen behind you, then you are really alongside them. So
in this case with Gazza (I guess we should see Gaz' video if he
has it), if you made a pass and then retook the racing line, you
most likely whacked him off the track.
Really sucks that it is the way it is, but I have gotten used to
it and drive with a lot of aware ness now.

Trust me, I have threatened to not play in this league anymore
several times because of it, but honestly once you get used to
it, it just becomes a new part of the way you drive. Hope that
it all doesn't honestly deter you from continuing to race with
us :P . We love you Castrol, you're our young role model!! :D

Hey guys - breaking news!!
I have decided to put the chase cam days behind me and I think
I'm gonna start driving with the t-cam! So I think I want to
practice the Korea track using the t-cam before our actual race,
so I am going to sign on Monday night prob right around or a
little after league time to practice so if you guys wanna get
together for some quali and short race, or even do a marathon if
race onlys or something (until I have to leave for work), i'll
be online! :D

Also, there are two more guys in our precision league that I
will approach and see if they are interested in joining us, as I
feel that they are nice guys and clean racers. If I happen to
see them on when I sign on tonight I will invite them to have a
muck around with us.
