@Stubbs - don't really know what the problem is man. Check all
your wiring all call up the ISP or something, Macca was the host
tonight and not Gazza so if you're disconnecting with the both
of them it's gotta be something on your side. Maybe you can be
host next race? We can give that a try maybe, you won't
disconnect if you're the host anyway unless you lose internet.
I hope you don't quit dude...I pride myself in introducing the 3
guys to this league that I did and it's worked out thus
far...but ultimately it's your choice. It would be ideal if we
can get the number back up to 12 again (once Joe and Striker
come back we'll just be 1 down) ... but I do feel bad for you at
the same time that you have to drive out of your way to race
just to be disconnected, that's balls.

@supanash - remember that Macca was the host when usually Gazza
has the lobbies already pre-made so it's possible it could've
just gotten missed.

I saw supanash exiting the pits down the straightaway I remember
we Had a VERY close encounter at the start of the Dunlop curve
when I tried the same move I tried on Gazza on L1 to dive
underneath and I washed up wide and almost took the both of us
out on the gravel but luckily I didn't! (Supanash would not have
been very happy with me as we weren't even technically battling
for position).

Hi drew. Just watched your vid, and I have to say a big thanks
to you for backing out of that. On your screen you were actually
ahead of me at one point there, but on mine you were still
behind. Seems like I always have that slight lag to you.

Yer man I'll stick it to the end. Just bummed cause I've missed
out on some good clean racin. Yer I dunno Wat it could be just a
dummy spit I think. The ps3 froze 3 times prior to the race
maybe that was a factor

Nash - it's not just you. I have it with every player in the
lobby I believe .... in both this league and in the Precision
league, every incident I have ever had in this game is due to
the lag, and I have to drive around every race pretending that I
am 1 car length behind where the screen says I am.
Stubbs can show you a handful of videos of incidents that we've
had before that show me on a different part of the screen than
where it showed for me (Suzuka and Spa come to mind
immediately....I think that Angry has a video of our incident at
Nurburgring also).
I think it's all due to the ping of my connection .... since I'm
half a world away (this goes for Moussa also), the ping is much
longer than it should be so it's not reading me on your screen
as being where I really am.
This could be fun really - just post videos every race of good
battles I seem to have on the track with you guys, but you guys
don't know we even battled in the first place! ;D

Q-5th Went out on the prime tire and didn't feel right so
changed for the option and was a lot more comfortable but was
still a bit slow.
R-6th Started alright until the second lap, missed my braking
point and put the car in the gravel and watched everyone zoom
by and then castrol came round and smacked me on the way past,
thanks team mate, and I got a penalty :'( anyway got back to
racing, lost a fair bit of time, stuck to my stratergy, had
plenty of fuel and was being pretty consistent, found macca in
the dirt at the hairpin but let him back past as i pitted for
fresh primes and knew his would go off earlier so I turned the
fuel up to rich and went hunting haha, I think he had about
8.7sec on me and I caught on the 26th lap and then had to pass,
macca that williams was as wide as a bus, I tried at T1, through
the esses, and then had the run on you down the back straight
but got squeezed up against the wall and had to back off, nearly
got you, one more lap :P good defensive driving mate. Was pretty
happy with 6th as the car didn't feel as good as in practice, or
maybe it was just me, maybe if I didn't put it into the gravel I
might have done a bit better.
DOD Moss, TO Faaaaastt!!!!
Thanks to everyone for waiting for me, bloody updates, felt like
it took forever. I think I will try and logon earlier in the
day just incase that happens again.
Nashy I too use the racing line (corners) and found it a lot
harder without it. You normally pick that up in the lobby when I
host, and I didn't give it any thought as I was just trying to
get online and in the race. Was definatly a challenge, and
probably why I missed my braking point.
Good Fun. 8) 8) 8)
