The way it appears on Stubbs' video is how it was for me. Looks
like there is a problem with you guys in the US having some kind
of lag that means it's hard to know where we are in relation to
each other. Not sure if it happens every race. Me, Macca and
Moss were all running very close a lot of the time in Spain
without any problem.
Looking at the video also makes me think that I should really
have turned the fuel up and got past striker on lap 1. That +
bad quali decision + drive through penalty contributed to my
poor result as much as any bad luck I had.

I race now in 2 pacific based leagues ... this one and the one I
do with Stubbs and Angryman, and the lag problems that I
encounter, I noticed, were really amplified after the patch, and
although said patch changed a lot in regards to the setup bugs,
they completely screwed up everything related to connection ...
that "status bar" on the lobby is a complete farce....the
connection allowing you to talk to certain people only is
completely flawed; as it tells me I can only chat with the
person nearest to me on the track, yet I hear 2 or 3 voices at a
time, fading in and out all quali and race long, and finally the
lag issues.
In our other league, our very first race after the patch was
Shanghai, and I remember clearly my closest competitor passing
me down the DRS straightaway, and just as his rear wheels
cleared my front wing, he "reclaimed" the racing line, but
instead just chopped my front wing and pushed me off the track.
This is the main reason I started recording my races, because I
need to raise awareness that "hey i'm here! and not 2 cars
behind you like you really see!". It's a 2-way street
though...it can be worked around as long as you guys realize
that I am probably 1 or 2 car lengths ahead of where you really
picture me on the track.

Drew, it almost looks like you get some huge turbo boost a few
seconds after the start which puts you ahead on your screen
compared to what Stubbs (and me) can see!
It's actually pretty lucky I didn't put you into the wall
between turn 3 and 4. I felt that I was completely ahead of you,
but left a bit of room just in case your nose was alongside my
back wheel!

R: 2nd - Horrible race for me. Never made so many mistakes in
one race. To late on the brakes & to heavy on the throttle cost
me several times.
Unfortunately it cost Supanash as well :(.
Strategy was to do one stop after the SC & it might of worked if
I hadn't conceded track position to Striker & Cam so early with
the mistake & then getting a drive thru penalty for corner
cutting.
A shame that so many people didn't have a good race. Hopefully
we can have a cracker next week :)

i think it will be better lag wise. street tracks seem to be
more prone to lag, to much happening all at once.
and dont throw the towel in guys, think bout the good points
everyone got thru t1 without a major incident. which is rare,
only 2 didnt finish.
and drew on your vid you looked like a sitting duck on those
straights, and when u had the chance to get it back your
williams ran out of puff several times, but i think you have a
win in you soon, same as striker, you guys need to get all the
luck like ive had in a few races and it will come!
and i think if 2/3 of you pull out then this league will get a
bit boring with no racers!

Yeah I have absolutely no clue what was with my gearing. I
practiced earlier in the day and everything seemed fine and then
suddenly I was too slow when I was by myself, and on the rev
limiter when I had DRS open.

And I appreciate the compliments Cam, but as long as you, Livo,
Moss, and Supanash are racing, I will hardly be seeing the
checkered flags first before any of you guys.

lap 28 or so i lapped you? shit must have went way wrong for you
to drop a minute and a half in 15 laps? lol

Quali 1st
Race: Start the race on inside of livo on as i have set low
large for breaks and have car was havy needed to break early for
t1 lived some room where moss went pass too, lost focus and
wasn't going fast hold supanah for a feel laps and when i start
to get back the pace safety car came on, pit for primes come
back behide livo also on primes. Restart the race my cars was
better and more stable than options set some good laps at the
end was behind livolay when he lost bit of traction and i could
pass but 2 laps to finish my left rear tyre just blow and i have
to pit so got 5th
