Q: 9th. For some reason I'm a lot slower at this track almost 2
sec off Moss's TT PB.
R: 3rd. Started on primes & got clipped by Drew on the 1st lap
going into the final chicane. Got hit again, know idea who.
Supanash caught me after about 6 laps & I tried to stay with but
made a few errors & then just tried to focus on my own race.
Did 2 stints on options & it meant I was able to catch Striker &
Macca. With 3 laps to go we traded positions using DRS & then
Striker spun on final corner.
Macca was leading the last lap but got him with DRS & managed to
cross the line 1 tenth ahead on an empty tank! ;D
Stoked with 3rd considering I was way off in qualy. Gained
ground on Cam in the championship race so happy days! 8)

Q: 6th; Respectable quali time of 1:23.6. I had the pace to be a
little faster but for the sake of saving the rest of my stock of
tires I only did 2 runs, the 2nd being the faster run
R: 6th; O(7)-P(11)-P(11)Had a decent launch off the line and
just followed Castrol through T1, and him/Nash/Kiwi all got
pushed to the side and suddenly I was up in 3rd right behind my
teammate. 1st lap was rather touch and go, half on the gas and
half off....and then on the straightaway Ben comes flying past
and when we reached the right hander before pit lane I was boxed
in so I had to let him go and he also flew past my teammate at
the final turn. L4 Ben spun out in T8 right in front of me and I
had nowhere to go so I hit him and Striker came past. Rest of
the 1st stint was not really that exciting.
When I came out of the pits with primes, I was very amazed to
get a fast lap (L10) because I didn't really feel that
fast...but soon I realized that I was clsoing in on Macca and
Paul very quickly. I felt super confident at this point, and
then at the end of L11 I was tagged by Paul's rear wing and I
got taken out (2nd car that spun out in front of me this race).
I kinda was driving like ass for the rest of the stint cus I was
pretty mad. I spun out at T8 on my in-lap because my tires were
just garbage but I needed to stay on my strategy. ****ed about
that one.
My final stint, I was able to do the undercut on Cam, and I
stayed ahead of him for a while until I spun out at T8 a SECOND
time, at that point I was pretty heated and I couldn't hold off
Cam forever. He came past me on DRS on L24 and pulled away a
bit, but by the end of the race I had reeled him back in again
and almost got the pass completed. If not for the 20 sec
penalty, Cam would've nabbed 6th place.
Happy to get some good points for Williams this week...just
involved in a few very unfortunate incidents that ruined my race
a bit so we trudge on to Spain next week where we know we have
some pace. Congrats to my teammate for almost putting it on the
podium, and congrats to Moussa for the win.

Q - 8th PRIMES .800 of nash
Was good to see the top 8 all within 1 second, good stuff.
R - 8th PRIMES/OPTIONS/OPTIONS ye ha lol
started well and kept up with the pack, something happened with
the front 2 causing nash to begin a turtle on the track, castrol
runs up his arse! now up into 4th and looking quite smart into
T3 i flirt with drew to close and pay the penalty. end up last
with nash behind me,
gain a few from kiwiws and castrols incident at the last
shicane. im sitting inbetween livos hrt and nashy's force india
we are matching pace then livo catches paul, slowes him up for a
sector then passes him,
then come up to him he is travelling quite slow and then i go
for the pass and he pops up ahead again aaaarrrrghhh, now nash
is on my arse. and livo has gone,
lap 4 my primes shart fading(i did 5 qauli laps on them) i let
nashy passed as i didnt want to ruin his race anymore then it
all ready had been i notice him right on pauls arse for a whole
lap till he finally gets by, so i went into tyre save mode and
cruised keeping my eye on paul, as he was 4 secs ahead, then lap
9 i catch him and i think bugger it im just gunna force the pace
rough style. pulled it of at the last shicane and macca went by
both of us doh!!! followed him round on lap 10 and then under
drs drew was looming up behind so i yielded at the shicane then
pitted for fresh options, (made the primes last 15laps in total)
oh my god the options were grippy as hell, started making heaps
of time up to drew when i come out on lap 11 i was 17 behind, by
lap 18 was within drs. dont make it but he pits and chickens out
i then pit end of lap 20 for options.
this time drew is 3 secs in front yer ha game on, this is for
6th, but he is allways hard to pass and after a few laps i got
him under drs on lap 24. and i know he doesnt like being passed
cause he never gives up. like a rabbid dog. munching my fuel and
tyres lol he was on primes and had more life on his tyres and
lap 28/29 i was gone grip wise
lap 28 gained a corner cut 20 sec pen, doh! held of drew but he
gets me in the end...
had a good race but should have been up the front but thats
racing

Cam check out the end of my 3rd video....the lap where I
"chickened out" ... you gave me a whack from behind and I pulled
over to let you go and you couldn't. Probably lag :\
Also, kill the [ youtube ] codes, and just post the link. I had
to do the same thing.

Dunno why all my videos are "zoomed in". Looking at them on my
phone they are my full TV screen. That bothers me...I think I'm
gonna have to re-upload all of them.
