What do you want from the new game?

So, the F1 2012 game has been announced. Some stuff I'd really
like to see is:
- AI better at overtaking
- Parc Ferme (you shouldn't be allowed to change setup between
quali and race unless the weather changes)
- online 'equal' cars should really be equal
- Be able to choose equal cars in GP mode offline. Then, even if
the cars aren't exactly equal, you can practice without having
to set up an online race
- The fastest way round a circuit should not involve running
wide onto the grass our astroturf areas and downshifting like a
lunatic. Using the run off areas should slow you down and
increase the chances of spinning out.
- If you join an online lobby during quali, then you should be
able to qualify, even if the session has started.
- Fix the bug where if someone joins during quali, it sometimes
screws up the grid. I still haven't worked out what causes that
to happen!
- Some better info on other drivers would be good. I'd like to
see what tyres people are on in the display and how many stops
they've made. And if they've got any penalties against them.
Anything you guys want to see fixed/added to the new game?

Manually activate pit limiter & braking for the lollipop guy.
Pit stopping is the difference between track positions in real
life (eg Vettel on Hamilton for 2nd) & I want to risk killing my
lollipop guy for similar results! ;D
Delay in penalties being awarded. If there is an illegal
overtake then there should be a 5 sec timer to give back the
position.
Realistic times, downshifting is just as unrealistic as the
traction available compared to real life, hence the diff in
times.
If your going to market the game on all 3 platforms then don't
sacrifice 1 platform's graphic performance eg playstation.
Arrow indicator should change colour based on proximity so
drivers know if they can take the racing line into a corner or
defend easier without being dirty.
Realistic damage model.
We can all dream! Realistically when you consider how far gaming
has come in 10 years this is all possible...eventually, just not
under codemasters or the near future :(

-Better online servers (to help lag, I am finding it more and
more difficult to race with you guys cleanly after the patch
because of this)
-Equal cars to be actually equal, shouldn't be any difference
driving a Renault than a McLaren.
-Completely revamp the penalty system...it's amazing what corner
cutting you can get away with (Ascari at Monza) and what corners
you put one wheel on a curb and get a warning (T1 at India).
-Give online P1, P2, P3 so that league drivers can practice for
more than 15 minutes at a time
-Get rid of all setup bugs and make them more realistic
(impossible to run races on this game without high springs or
low downforce on each track)
-Make KERS actually "recharge" instead of just resetting when
crossing S/F
-Fix other misc bugs such as : getting intermediate tires on a
pit stop when it isn't raining, starting grid getting resorted
after quali when someone joins late, not being able to pass a
car that is in the pit lane under a SC, race engineer saying
completely bogus things
-SAFETY CAR needs to be COMPLETELY different. Too much lag, not
being able to overtake it as a lapped car sometimes, smoother
transition from yellow to green flag

Will you buy the new game?
I was naive in buying 2011 before it came out & won't be making
the same mistake twice.
Will wait & see what the situation is with bugs & ps3 graphics.
Might change to PC version as it's cheaper & always better
quality, plus the ability to add mods.

Hi! i would like to see the weather more dinamic, track
temperature.
-Also if u guys remember how was pit stop on f1 championshi
edition, that was cool!!!
-And fix that shit time trial!

Me too. There are a few things I'd like to see improved, but
I've really enjoyed both the 2010 and 2011 games.
