Dutch designer Claudy Jongstra did a collaborartion with the New
York based brand INAISCE.
Claudy Jongstra has her own sustainable farm and produces her
own fabric. Is this now how the retail of the fashion industry
is shifting?
You guys really should have a look at what Claudy Jongstra is
doing really incredible.

beautiful felted material. Its always amazing how one single
person can have such impact that she moves a whole brand with
her vision, which is obviously strong.
change of retail? well I see that people buy more and more
unique pieces...some years ago people still carried the opinion
that it would be fine to get something that others also have but
nowadays they "buy" their unique statements in form of
clothes...

I just cant imagine that in 20 years everybody will wear the
same...at some point the big chains like H&M and Zara have to
come up wit something new...
co-created collections for example...cant and dont want to
imagine that they will keep the way they do it now: copying all
designers that are in trend

what a beautiful story...creating your own fabrics in the back
yard...but with the increasing desire for individuality I can
imagine that this would be an option for the future...

I just hope that craftsmanship will survive all the
digitalization... life without pure quality and handcraft would
be so less interesting to me...
