The Opening Challenge Results

I can't show any of the flags at the moment, but I will soon.
Now to judge them!
Burgerburgh's Flag (Made By The Olympic Alien): You have a nice
background colour there, really contrasts with the name
Burgerburgh, although I do wish you put more blue in the flag.
Burgerburgh could have been written neater. Nice touch with the
Burgeria at the left. Not bad.
Calypso Island's Flag (Made By USSTATELOVER): To start it off,
I'm happy you managed to get the flag posted! Anyways, nice pink
background, showing off your team colour. The text was a nice
pick, not to mention your usernames there too! However, I
haven't figured out what the stars represent. What do the stars
make you? But pretty good overall...
Portallini's Flag (Made By Weegee): Er...not bad for a guy who
threatened to quit if he had to do any art challenges. Sorry
about that. :/ Well, to start off, I like the font you used for
the text. However, I would've like if it were a little more
visible. But nice touch to put your names at the bottom right.
Also, I'm not a big fan of you taking a pic from the Pastaria to
do this but for a guy who hates these challenges...great!
Tacodale's Flag (Made by Waffles): Ahh, Tacodale. The home team
has to have a good flag. And you do! I love the background
colour, how it contrasts with the excellent taco drawing! I
found the text to show in the taco pretty good, but I think the
font could've been a more...fun font. Give the taco a little
more flavor. But that's just me. GREAT JOB overall.
Powder Point's Flag: Not entered.
Maple Mountain's Flag (Made by Maple Mountain2): Even if the
shading wasn't the best, I loved the ideas! The wrench to
signify Wendy, Johnny's axe, Hank's hat, the syrup, the
mountain, excellent! The text was good, but I did wish you had
more red in the flag. Your colour would be great in it. The
shading could be a little neater too. Nice Papa faces though!
Cactus Canyon's Flag: Not entered.
Oniontown's Flag (Made by Not_Alondra): To start it off, great
font choice! I love how it goes in and out with a beautiful
purple font, with your team colour. You also had a nice
background with purple and yellow, a simple nice background. And
to top it off, you drew Sarge! I love the drawing! I hope you
work on his arms a bit more next time though. They seemed a
little off. But good overall!

Congratulations to everyone, as this was an extremely hard
decision. All the teams have beautiful flags. If you still
haven't finished the flag, finish it, 'cause I'll still need it
even if it's late. I'm using it for something else.
Congrats to the winners, thank you all competitors, and stay
tuned for the next challenge!

hooray, I got second! And I knew the arms looked funny, I was
too lazy to make them look better :P
