The reasons you want to lead an OPEN faction of Ultimate
Roleplay: 75 Words Minimum.
I would like to lead the Los Santos Sheriffs Department because
the department does not have a leader and I have
had a lot of experience in this job so I decided to try and
apply myself to lead the Los Santos Sheriffs
Department faction so I would love to be part of it again but
this time with the role of guiding it, and
increasing security in the city of Los Santos and helping all
citizens of the city

My faction vision and recruitment:(Minimum of 150 words):
I will lead it with my commitment and my desire to be the
leader, I will do my best in Role Play situations and I will
give a lot of security to the city of Los Santos, I will look
for people to hire, people who are good in roleplay
situations and who do not mind. regret hiring them, so I will
try to take only people who are good in role play
situations and who are above all good in English. And to hire
people after they are semi-accepted, I'm going to test them
like I'll have them do a role play situation, chase and a
simulation in the event of a Los Santos bank robbery. If they
pass these tests they will be accepted and welcome to the
faction or else they will have to wait a while to try to enter
again with a new apply. Hoping that they are better and
confident about what they are doing.

Diablo Escobar born in Los Santos in the All Saints Hospital, in
1996 on April 22nd, Diablo lived his life with his parents until
he was 14 and then lost
both parents to a gang, Diablo's parents were besieged by
members of a gang, while he was at school, as soon as he
returned home he saw the house all
destroyed and his parents on the ground bleeding with two
gunshots in the forehead, DIablo, frightened, ran out of the
house and asked for help throughout
the away but no one helped him because everyone was afraid that
if they did something the gang would do them the same end.
Diablo decided to go home and live his life as always but there
was an extra burden on housework, food and washing dishes, and
so he studied hard as soon as I was 18 he decided to join the
Los Santos Police Department and one day he got a call from the
Los Santos police department, where they told them he could not
enter the police department because it was full at the moment
but that he could enter the los santos sheriffs department. He
accepted and so I spent his five years in the sheriff's
department and continued to hunt down those gang members who
murdered his parents. One day he decided to leave the Los Santos
Sheriff's Department to join the Medical Department and he
stayed there for a few months and then quit that job as well,
and join a gang and leave it to try again to enter the Los
Santos Sheriff Department.

My faction recruitment proccess:(Minimum of 100 words):[/size]
First of all they will have to make an apply on the forum or
come and participate in a Live Recruitment, after passing this
and being accepted they will have to do some tests of the type
chase and ether. If the player manages to pass the tests it will
be quite difficult for the player to pass. If the player manages
to pass these tests they will have to do a roleplay test in
which the / me and / or if they manage to pass this I will
officially enter the faction with this method. / me Take Out A
Badge From Pocket And Hand It Over To (Player Name). / do Would
He take it ?. After doing this roleplay and getting his answer I
will have the player join the faction and welcome them.
