Role: Senior Administrator/ Ast.Head Helper.
Role Requesting: Refund Manager or Faction Moderator
Reason why?:
Reason for Refund Manager: Knowingly I can handle it and i have
past experience with the refunding management and the refund
system and i know what is given back and not given on our FL:RP.
Reason for Faction Moderator: Sometimes there seem to be faction
problems and inactive recruites, people abusing the commands,
sometimes leader inactive and someone really active would love
to lead/join a faction, I know all faction state rules.
