       Dear Mr.Tom Peter,
       after analyzing the application and we have came up into a final
       decision to DENIED it for following reason.
       : Not using correct format, I have seen a lots of errors in this
       application, english must be polished, no roleplay screens,
       And specially admins must dont need to lead any kinds of
       faction unless you're in faction already and you have been
       promoted to admin..
