       Faction Leadership In character and Out of character
       requirements
       Must be able to speak fluent english.
       Must be at age of 22 or higher than.
       Must be a citizen of Los Santos.
       Must be at least level 10 In game with total of 80+ playing
       hours.
       Must familiarize with the server script.
       Must dont have total OOC and IC crimes-20
       No major grammatical errors, Not allowed to copy an others Idea,
       Must be a Professional.
       Failure to obey rules and failure to met the requirement can
       affect to your application.
