       ((IC Requirements))
       If you are applying for the FBI, make sure you have met with
       these requirements:
       - You must be atleast 23 years old.
       - You must read and understand the handbook.
       - Must be a SAN ANDREAS Citizen.
       - You must be aware of the state rules.
       - Times arrested must not go above 5.
       ((OOC Requirements))
       1. 50+ Playing hours
       2. Must be Level 5 or above.
       3. Must have great RP and can speak English fluently.
       4. Must read and understand the rules.
