       Forum Suggestions.
       Add forum role system  it would be a great idea.
       Add forum gang rosters*list of gang names*
       Add forum Classified advertisement(Where the players can
       advertise their stuffs in order to sell)
       Add San News Agency section
       Server Suggestions.
       Remove /hveh from Level 1 admin/Moderator commands
       add /mask system.
       /gang system must be automatically updated when someone disban
       their gangs, Removing gang alliance,
