       Do you have any previous leader experience? (If so please
       explain): I've had plenty of experience owning & managing
       servers on different games such as GMod, Arma 3, & DayZ. I've
       also had many faction leader experiences on said games for over
       3,000 combined hours on the games.

       application: The Winchester's could do any of the following for
       their legal passive RP: run the casino, hold events at the
       casino, recruit new members, and anything else that follows
       rules and guidelines for the server and gang. For non-legal,
       they can handle unpaid loans, do protection for contracts,
       territory control from other gangs, diplomatic and/or
       non-diplomatic solutions with other gangs, and provide the gang
       with illegal supplies like drugs & weapons.

       What is your family story: The Winchester's, born from greed and
       hate, based on ancient Japanese and 1950's Italy this group is
       officially placing their footprint into Los Santos. The
       Winchester's were created by Joseph Luis Winchester after a
       business competition got out of hand. Having only intended to
       keep them around temporarily, Winchester realized the profit
       from having his own mafia in his back pocket, so he decided to
       keep them along. As time passed, not only did the mafia build
       up, but so did Winchester, with his wealth growing as he bought
       more and more business', it was becoming dangerous for other
       business to not sell off stocks or themselves entirely.
       Winchester bought out an abandoned casino, spent millions on
       refurbishing it alongside with providing his "family" with a
       large arsenal of vehicles, ranging from Stretch's to Sultans.
       Winchester's plan is to run the economy directly into his pocket
       while also taking out other gangs and even the government if
       need be if they so happen to get in the way of his plan for
       wealth. The Winchester's run off of four words: Honesty,
       Loyalty, Respect, & Power. These four words is what motivates
       every single member apart of this mafia, and what could either
       be the success or the great fall of the great Winchester family.
