       In Game Rules

       1. Metagaming | [ MG ] - Using OOC information for IC benefit .
       If some information about IC figures are not out by RolePlay
       ways , it is forbidden to exceed the IC chats . Under MG
       includes the use of information from the forums of the game .
       2. Powergaming | [ PG ] - The story that is impossible to
       perform in real life at a given time or at any time . Includes
       all actions that are impossible in Real Life.
       3. DeathMatching | [ DM ] - Killing people for no or no
       sufficient reason RP . Of course there is the term " terrorist "
       which refers to one who kills other players for no reason .
       4. Logging To Avoid | [ LTA ] Leaving games to avoid something .
       Example: You are cuffed and  a cop drives you to the station to
       get you arrested , but you go relog .
       5. Exploiting Admin | [ AE ] Using other admin in your favor .
       Lying on the admin 's.
       6. Exploiting - Using any known / unknown bugs / flaws in the
       game or scripts .
       7. Money Farming | [ MF ] Creating new account( ACC ) to
       transfer money that gets to spawn .
       8. Kill on Sight | [ KOS ] Kill on Sight means that someone
       comes up to you and kills you without roleplaying before
       shooting you. [Use hotkeys if you think it's too hard, typing to
       shoot.]
       9. Car Ram | [ CR ] Car Ramming means that you ram someone with
       your vehicle without a good reason.
       10. Bunny Hopping | [ BH] - Jumping twice or more times when
       running with the aim of speeding up or avoid something else.
       11. Ninja Jack | [ NJ ] - Jacking a car without roleplay.
       12. Rush Taze | [RT] - Rushtazing is when you shoot your tazer
       at someone who is either firing their weapon at you or aiming
       down their sights directly at you. You can, however, taze from
       behind.
       13. Revenge Killing | [ RK ] - The killing out of revenge . It
       does not fit with the RP rules and the game does not make sense
       if you violate this rule .
       14. Server Advertisement | [SA] - Advertising game service's of
       other server's.
       15. Scamming | [SC] -
       All levels can preform a scam if roleplayed. A player can only
       scam level 5 and higher players.
       Scam limit is $50,000 in cash.
       Materials and drugs will be liquefied accordingly and are
       included in the $50,000 limit.
       Scamming over the limit is not allowed.
       OOC Scamming
       Donation scamming is prohibited and will result always result in
       Ban.
       OOC Scamming is not allowed.
       Any out of server deals will not be covered.
       16. Robbery Rule
       - All levels can preform a robbery if roleplayed. A player can
       only rob an level 5 and higher player.
       - You must wait at-least 24 hours before robbing the same person
       again.
       - You must wait at least 24 hours after robbing 2 people.
       Robbing above the allocated limits is not allowed.
       Cash: $5,000 only.
       Materials: A total of 1,000 only.
       Drugs: A total of 15g.
       Combined items may not exceed a liquefied $15,000 and must not
       go beyond the allocated limits above.
       17. Safezones :
       You must not commit crime (holding up and general harassing is
       included) in highly populated areas or areas that would
       realistically be watched over by security forces. The locations
       covered by this rule are:
       City Hall in Pershing Square
       Hospitals
       All PD/SD stations and headquarters
       18. Illegal modifications :
       Any modifications or hacks that give you an unfair advantage
       over another player is not allowed.
       19. Disgusting Roleplay :
       Unless prior OOC permission is given by all parties involved,
       the following is strictly forbidden on this server:
       -****
       -Cannibalism
       -Pedophilia
       -Bestiality
       -Sexual harassment (any type of sexual roleplay, including
       touching someone inappropriately)
       Breaking any of these rules can be punished up to a permanent
       ban.  :)
