Gang Turf/Point rules.

Turfs Are In-Character
Attending Without Intention To Claim the Turf
Description: All gangs must have +3 members to attend the turf,
including a rank 5+.
Mass Recruiting
Description: Any Gang member who has been invited 15 minutes
before Turf starts (XX:45), CAN NOT attend.
In-Character(IC)
Description: Turfs are in-character (IC). No meta-gaming or
similar offenses are permitted.
/bandana
Description: Attending Turfs without having the Bandana on is
NOT ALLOWED.
Healing in Turfs
Description: Healing and vesting while being in an active turf
is ALLOWED, but in a gunfight it is NOT ALLOWED
PowerGaming
Description: /frisk without proper role-play is not allowed.
Shooting Before Turf Start
Description: Gang members CAN NOT shoot at other competing Gang
or Law Enforcement (LEO) members before Turf starts (XX:00)
without a valid IC reason.
Exception: If Bandana
KOS(Killing On Sight) is ALLOWED, they may start the fight even
before.
Shooting Out Of Turf Boundaries
Description: Gang members CAN NOT shoot players outside of Turf
Boundaries (other than chasing out or snipers, but in this case,
you must have members inside the Turf Boundaries.).
Gang Skin
Description: Gang/Faction members must wear their respective
Gang/Faction skins at Turfs.
Non-rpBehaviour[Such as Allying with LEO's]
Description: Gang members may not make alliance with Factions to
fight a Turf.
Violating Alliance Rules
Description: Gangs may only have up to 2 other Allies in turf
which must be listed in the [/Gangs]
Revenge Killing(RK)
Description: Gang/Faction members are NOT ALLOWED to return to
Turf after dying otherwise it will result in REVENGE KILL.
Kill On Sight(KOS)
Description: Gang/Faction members are NOT ALLOWED to kill other
Gang or LEO members within the Turf boundary without role-play
interaction.
Attending Two Turfs At The Same Time
Description: Gangs may not Double Capture Turfs, they may only
attemt a turf and a point at the same time.
Shooting/arresting Before Turf[Factions]
Description: LEOs cannot shoot or attempt to arrest other
competing Gang members before or when the Turf starts (xx:00)
without a valid IC reason.
Interior/Garage Abuse
Description: LEOs cannot enter their restricted doors or the
Garage of their HQs inside[Such as PD/FBI's]any Turf.
Abuse of [/Tazer]
Description: LEOs are NOT allowed to use /tazer whilst attending
Turf.
Abuse of [/Su(spect)]
Description: LEOs are not allowed to /su dead Gang members for
crimes committed during Turf.
LSFMD going to an active turf
Description: Los Santos Fire & Medical Department (LSFMD) may
enter Turf Wars to save injured players. LSFMD cannot start
gunfights, but can retaliate if shot at. LSFMD may not return to
a Turf War if they die.
Gang Point Rules
Points Are Out Of Character
Shooting After Point
Description: Shooting After the point capturing time, when the
text of the "[family name] has taken control of [point
name]"Appears.
Shooting Before Point
Description: Shooting Before the point capture time, Before the
text "[Family name]is attempting to capture the [point name] for
the [family name]" appearing.
Attempting point without Gang Skin or Bandana
Description: Wearing/Having some other skin than your own
family's skin and attending the point with them or without
Bandana.
Attending a Point Without Intention To Capture
Description: All attending Gang members must attend with a Rank
5+ from their respective Gang or allied Gang.[R5+ Can Attend the
points Alone.]
Shooting Out Of Boundaries
Description: Gang members can NOT shoot players outside of Point
boundaries (other than chasing out or snipers/country rifles).
Sniper Rifles and Country Rifles may be used outside of
boundaries to shoot into bounds or at other snipers((You must
have atleast one gang member inside the point in order to
Snipe))
Animation In Point
Description: Gang members CAN NOT perform any animation/emote in
Point.
Attending Turf & Point at the same time
Description: Gangs may attand Turf and Point at the same time,
but the exception is, they CAN NOT attend Turf and Point when
they overlap in the same area.
Violating Alliance Rules
Description: Gangs can NOT use their Alliance's help in point.
Explodin [/boombox]
Description: Boomboxes should not be placed inside an active
Point boundaries.
Wanted In Point
Description: Gang members may not attend a point if they're
charged.
Civilians/LEOs attending Point
Description: Civilians and Law Enforcement [Including FMD] CAN
NOT Attend point and cannot retaliate if shot at within
boundaries.
Healing in Point
Description: Gang Members are ALLOWED to heal in point.
Revenge Killing
Description: Gang members are ALLOWED to return to Points after
dying (Revenge Killing rule does not apply as points are Out Of
Character).
Kill On Sight
Description: Gang members are allowed to kill other Gang members
within the Point boundary without role-play interaction.
Other Rules
Description: Rank 6 Out Of Character Jail/BAN((Manager review
for Strike))
Two Rank 5 Out Of Character jailed at the same time((Manager
review for Strike))
3+ members Out Of Character Jail at the same time((from Rank
1+))((Manager review for Strike))
Out Of Character Invite:
Description: Gangs may NOT invite any member WITHOUT RolePlaying
with them.
Punishment: ((Member Kick+Manager review for Strike))
