       Field opening and monthly meeting

       We have decided to combine these 2 events. This will make our
       meeting and field opening held on Saturday May 4th  instead of
       Sunday if the weather holds out. Meet for breakfast at 9 and
       start field opening after. Meeting will be after the work is
       done.
       Rain date is the next day- Sunday May 5th
